If you don't know what you want or what cut of meat, he is great at giving suggestions too. Pretty much, what the customer wants the customer gets here. Also, they have carne para asar and they season it for you if you like "preparada" and they also have this crazy machine that makes the meat more tender and easier to cook. If you are new, or you buy a lot they have been known to give you some free chorizo, which they home-make in store with the original secret recipe. It's delish! Some of the meat can be a little pricey, but it is quality product (choice and select grade) Also if you ever have a special order like you want a whole piggy or a cabeza they have hella good prices on those too! There is parking on the street, but they also have a lot located directly behind that you can access through side alley. Once u park just knock or the door will be open.
