Making food from scratch is always better/ healthier, but sometimes you don't have time (no, I don't eat pre-packaged frozen food often). This is a quick and convenient substitute to cooking or going out to eat. And it's a bargain at under $4 for a package, how can you beat that. As some people would say "the proof is in the pudding". Just take a look at my photos, the food tastes and looks good.
