Best chicharron in town!! The chicharron is so smooth but yet crispy. You don't need too much force to rip the meat off!

I WILL NOT be buying Wei Chuan products anymore. If you do, pay close attention what you are…read morebuying. See the attached pictures showing the recent purchased Wei Chuan Pork and Shrimp Wonton, the left is from a previous purchased (normal), and the right is from the recent purchased (questionable), even thought the package showing Best if Used by May 07,2026. I emailed to Wei Chuan USA twice, and received no response. Very disappointing customer service from such a large company so unresponsive and unprofessional. Buy at your own risk!!

Like many others, I have also bought Wei Chuan frozen products (noodle bowls, rice bowls,…read morepotsticker dumplings and buns) from asian markets (May Wah supermarket, Pacific Supermarket, etc.) for many, many years. Making food from scratch is always better/ healthier, but sometimes you don't have time (no, I don't eat pre-packaged frozen food often). This is a quick and convenient substitute to cooking or going out to eat. And it's a bargain at under $4 for a package, how can you beat that. As some people would say "the proof is in the pudding". Just take a look at my photos, the food tastes and looks good. And yes, I "cooked" (microwaved the noodle bowls, the dumplings were boiled of course) these myself. http://static4.px.yelp.com/bphoto/Q5tZ8xdDmQTqTfNUzueGxA/l http://static1.px.yelp.com/bphoto/HYIfD_ziP8tA8G_3uyQElA/l http://static3.px.yelp.com/bphoto/ajkPBqFPOwi413o-8WsTfg/l http://static.px.yelp.com/bphoto/UJUJLEP3Y6hptviGUQzYxg/l
