I went in just expecting to lie down, relax, and listen to singing bowls for an hour (which would have been great on its own) but this was so much more than that! In addition to the singing bowls, there were lots of other lovely sounds. One of the healing practitioners had what looked like a large shakuhachi style flute. She would walk around and set the base down on the ground, a few inches from our bodies, and play it. And you could not only hear it- you could FEEL the vibrations resonating through your body! The best part was that one of the other healing practitioners walked around did mini Reiki sessions with each of the participants. Even though it was a group session, I experienced PROFOUND healing. I had been experiencing extreme muscle tension in my neck for the past three weeks. I had a massage earlier that week and even the massage did not relieve the tension. But a few hours after I left the sound bath, the tension was COMPLETELY GONE! Such an amazing experience! I will definitely be back!

The experience itself was decent, as there isn't much you can do with a small place and a busy mall. The girl who helped us out was very kind but definitely giving props to the owner of the store. Not the type to usually write reviews, but I was very excited to get some permanent jewelry. I had an appointment for my boyfriend and I to get couples bracelets at 11am. We arrived at 10:55 in hopes to browse the jewelry before making decisions. However, the shades were down and there was a sign saying they'd be back at 10/11??? (The analog sign was not clear) We waited 45 minutes walking around and circling back in hopes of someone to show up. I understand there is usually one worker and life happens occasionally, but they could have communicated. They open at 10am so I'm quite confused as to why they would need an hour break one hour into a shift. I am usually understanding but some communication would have been appreciated. There could have been some problems with the booking app, however, not being open 2 hours into when they were supposed to open is unacceptable.
