This is the best I've felt in over 23 years. Air Force doctors weren't able to offer any relief (other than pain meds), or a pathway to restore my health/flexibility to anything close to what I was capable of doing beforehand. I got a referral from the VA Hospital for a Chriopractor, and it has been such a tremendous relief for me! After my 1st visit I left their office walking upright with a lot less pain for the 1st time in 23 years! I get emotional just thinking about how much better my life could've been if I had this care & treatment years ago. They have been such a blessing to me - words cannot express how much I appreciate their care and attention to detail to aid in my recovery. Dr. Mark and his staff (Sarah & Loreal to name a few) have been so helpful and attentive to my needs and care. I simply love them all!!

For…read moreseveral weeks, I'd been complaining about being emotionally and physically exhausted due to multiple stressors. As my nutritionist knew about the plans I had for the following day, she and her receptionist went online and found two places to consider as I would be visiting Dover the next day. And when I tell you, I'm incredibly grateful for the call I chose to make to this place! I was welcomed with a warm smile and greeting. Shown to an amazing room which smelled of lavender. The table was clean, as were the linens and the mood music was engaging and immediately calmed my spirit. My massage with Kelly was awesome! I didn't realize just how tense I was. She took all of the knots out of my arms, back and legs. The price point was worth it for a 90 min deep tissue massage. The ambiance was calming, serene, clean, and inviting. The massage therapist took her time, explained what she was doing on each area and took precautions to not hurt me. Afterwards, I was given two bottles of Fiji water and was encouraged repeatedly to hydrate the remainder of the day. If I ever visit the area again, which I do plan to; I'll definitely go back!
