I called and after speaking with them could tell that they are professionals. I worked as an EMT in the ER starting thousands of IVs. She was polite, efficient, professional and quite fun to talk to. She takes her practice very seriously going above and beyond with care and the existence of a 20+ year knowledge base was evident with how she performed the job. Smooth and seamless. My grandpa has been a patient here for a while and it has always been a nice place. The lady who he spoke to originally said his medication would be ready in about ten minutes and to have a seat he said that she seemed to have an attitude and was just not the nicest person to him, he ended up waiting almost an hour. He walked back up to the window and was told by a young lady he said was named Arianna the lady helping him originally stepped out and didn't get it filled yet. He said the young lady who helped him after being forgotten about was a much better help and actually got him his medication and was very apologetic for the other worker's treatment towards my grandpa, he grabbed the young ladies name to thank her and said he really appreciated the help that she gave and the kindness she showed him. Sadly just really poor service from initial help.

The physical therapists are the best I've ever encountered, and the rest of the staff was compassionate and hard working. There were a few frustrations that could use work. Most of the food was awful and all of the portions were ridiculously small. The coffee was even worse, and no matter what they told me there was NO caffeine in it. They also made no effort to furnish something I needed in a size that fit, opting for something four sizes too big. My room in the short stay wing had a lovely view and I had opportunities to be accompanied outside, which made the experience more tolerable.

Their billing practice is not transparent. A nurse practitioner colleague of mine told me after the fact, Health Horizon does not have a very good reputation. they will triple what they originally say the first appointment costs then send you to collections within 3 months. How is this not a scam? I received nothing from the first appointment what so ever that was remotely useful.

I had the Most Positive Experience with this dental office. I found out at a dental cleaning…read moreappointment elsewhere, yesterday, that I had a failing tooth which either needed a root canal or extraction. I got a referral to Albuquerque Endodontists and since I live nearby, I drove there to get a consultation appointment. Lucky for me, they had an opening right then! Wow! After that consultation, I went to the front desk to schedule a root canal, and I got lucky again! They just had a cancellation and I slipped into that appointment in just 3 hours! The entire root canal procedure was truly painfree. I was expecting needle injection pain, but the pain never arrived. Dr. Marc Pacheco was so gentle and calming. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The front desk receptionists were knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone seemed to like working there, which is important. I would very highly recommend this dental practice.

Antonio Marquez Was the provider that reviewed the x rays and gave us his opinion in recommendations. He was friendly and listened to our concerns. Is he made sure that we had no questions. This center is really nice and clean. They were not very busy so there was not a lot of wasted time like we would experience at the hospital on lomas boulevard Is an albuquerque. The only downside is that's a long drive to get here.
