I was diagnosed with a small breast cancer and I sought what I thought was the best doctor for this type of cancer and the best hospital for it. Dr. Ridgeway turned out to be the worst. He never asked me how I felt after the surgery I never even spoke to him until his office called me for a telephone discussion 5 months later. His discussion was about how quiet the office and building was due to furloughs of personnel. He talked about what would happen when patients returned and there would be a lack of personnel to assist in treatment. He never asked me how my surgery went, or how I was feeling. He never spoke to me prior to the surgery of what h e was going to do or what I could expect, nothing! He finally reminded himself that he needed to schedule a mammogram and followup He scheduled the mammogram for November 2020 and a review for December 2020. I had my surgery in Jan 2020. I asked him what he did to me since I could not fit into a Bra,all he did was laugh for 3-4 minutes and never answered me. In August 2020 I received a call from his office informing me that Dr. Ridgeway scheduled me for a mammogram to be conducted in 2 days. After the mammogram I asked the radiologist if he noticed any reconstruction and he responded NO. Dr. Ridgeway he removed half of my breast and the good one he spread the tissue until the flatness matched the one he removed tissue from. He has no reason to touch the good breast. The radiologist placed a picture of 2 fried eggs sunny side up and told me this is what my breast now look like. I will need reconstruction of my breast. I asked the Dr Ridgeway why did he do this he remarked why should I be upset with his action. To make this story short Dr. Ridgeway charged my insurance $82,000 for unnecessary mutilation and scarring of my left breast and a sloppy surgery to my right breast. I don't understand why he is still at Lovelace, or any where else. This Doctor is half blind. This whole situation if so bad that even another doctor advised me not to return to that clinic for anything.

I made an appointment Monday and was seen Wednesday. They emailed me the paperwork which I was able to do prior to the visit, greatly reducing my time there. The staff quickly processed my paperwork and got me into thr exam room in no time. I needed a small surgical procedure, which was rapidly accomplished, with minimal pain or discomfort. My RX meds were emailed in and I was soon ready to leave. The total time spent there was an hour! The staff is friendly and professional, and CNP Piseth Knight was amazing. I've procrastinated seeking medical care for several years and have neglected myself. She didn't nag, or heap the guilt on. She just treated me and let me know we'll fix things over time. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been here for office visits so far, they don't know that I have an appointment. SO annoyed. This is the office that made me wait for 5 MONTHS for the initial visit only to tell me that I should have been able to get seen right in April.. in September... This whole process of me getting to an allergist to get tested and start my shots have been nothing but problems. Today too...they didn't know that I was coming and my shot "concoction" is not ready One good thing I can say is that the doctor is great, knowledgeable and quick to take action to get you well. Okay, two good stuff. She will work with you on the schedule and will see you on the weekends. That is pretty amazing. They've done that for me twice because I have a pretty hectic schedule and wasn't able to come in during business hours. After over 10 years of dealing with severe allergies, she immediately diagnosed me with asthma and started treating me before moving on to the allergy stuff. To her, she said, it should've been obvious that I have asthma. They have a different receptionist now.... Sooooo, in conclusion, my final verdict is 4.
