Its enough so that I sort of tense up any time before I have to go in. This time I needed blood drawn. I have slight needle anxiety, I always let the phlebotomist know, and its never been a problem. This time the staff acted like I was a serious pain in the ass for notifying them. I was embarrassed and apologizing right and left, but the antagonistic attitude of the staff wound my anxiety up so high I had to leave without getting blood drawn. I figure enough is enough. I will say that, so far, it seems like all you have to do cancel a membership is call and tell them you want to quit. So that's sort of a plus, I guess...

The last time I went, I was being told I had an extra $25 fee for manual therapy, the receptionist fumbled through an explanation that didn't make sense. The doc came out to get me and he said he wasn't biling me for manual therapy. The only reason she gave me a refund was bc the doc came out and stated that.

I remember countless times crying and asking the question, "What is wrong with me/my body?" Seeking out help puts you in a very vulnerable position. For many I would imagine, it is a final effort to grow a family. Your history is examined, you feel like a pin cushion from all the tests, you pay an incredible amount of money, with no guarantee. A very scary place to be. Credentials, experience, training, schooling all play a big role in a doctors ability to give best medical support. But I believe something that cannot be taught in any medical program is connection. Each and every doctor, nurse and staff member at the Caperton Institute made me feel like family. While I know this isn't everyone's end result, I am so happy to say we are expecting our little miracle baby in March of 2022. My final "graduation" day I balled my eyes out. I remember trying to imagine how could I possibly continue throughout this pregnancy without my Caperton Family, and specifically our IVF coordinator Jordan who was without a doubt, an angel. Had our outcome been different and it was determined that fertility treatments would not work, I would be writing this same review. Our quality of care could not have possibly been better and I am forever grateful for my experience for Dr. Caperton and his team.
