We were told that they have closed this area to the public now as it was disrespected after a viral tik tok video, people were trashing it, parking anywhere, and destroying the land. So now the owner has closed it and has this tour company to take people in to crowd control and make sure the land isn't trashed. I'm glad we went because it was only 4 of us and the tour guide! We took our time walking through the rivers, looking in caves, kayaking, and hiking. It was a quiet and calm adventure. So beautiful! The tour guide was also awesome! He found unique plants, flowers, bugs, and birds to highlight. The offered a ride to the location, life vests, and helmets. Everything else is up to you to bring- water, snacks. If we come back for vacay we may do this again!

They were both so incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuine. From start to finish, they kept the energy high, made us laugh, and turned a great tour into an absolute highlight of our trip! Their knowledge of the surrounding area, plants, and history was mind-blowing, we learned so much along the way. Edwin and Luis went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and having a blast. If you're on the fence about booking this, just do it. Huge thanks to Edwin and Luis for being such fantastic guides and making the day so much fun! You won't regret it!

While on the moving bus on bumpy roads, we were asked to fill out waivers. After about 30 minutes we arrived a Hacienda Campos. We walked up a hill to a restaurant where we were asked to wait. I had been worried about the 230lb weight limit as I was just under it before leaving, but I had also been on a cruise ship enjoying all sorts of wonderful food for 6 days at that point. I had no reason to worry, as unlike other zipline companies, this one did not weigh us. We sat in the restaurant and bar area for a while and it was suggested we purchase their small cans of bug spray for $13.50 if we did not have our own. I'm glad I didn't, as the bugs did not bother me at all while we were there. After 30 minutes of just sitting, they finally took us to get harnesses. We later learned the delay was caused due to the staff determining 4 of the people who came on the tour were "too old" to participate and had to issue them refunds. Odd they waited until after we arrived to decide that, as the cruise line knows your age when you buy the tickets, and a representative from the company met us at the cruise port and let the people on the bus. The only option they had after getting a refund was to sit in the restaurant till the bus took everyone back to the ship. The ziplines were fun, you do have to do a fair amount of hiking between the locations, which is nice. They also have helmets with GoPro mounts screwed on to them, not just with adhesive. Anyone who brought backpacks had to bring them along on the ziplines. There were lockers in the restaurant area, but we were not told about them and did not see them till we were done. After the tour, we were told we had some time to eat and drink at the bar before the bus came, but they did not tell us how long. Several people ordered food, some got it but others were still waiting when we were told the bus was ready. Turned out the lady making food had gone off to walk her dog, so several people had to rush to eat as well as eat on the bus. The actual zipline part was fun, but the time management before and after was not the best.

Our guides were Alex, Jean, Jenny & Miguel. They were funny, entertaining, and always made sure we were safe. I was not expecting rope ladders but was even able to do that. It was hot and had just rained so super slippery. We saw iguanas just chilling out.

The staff was very grouchy. I watched the staff yell at a little nine-year-old girl And didn't think I got much bang for my book wasn't even offered a cup of water after sweating I think there's some growth for this place to be had all the person at the register was interested in was my money which cost us over $100 a person on the zip line and the zip line staff There was about six or seven young men, and only one of them was friendly and literally watched one of them badger, a little girl, not once but twice without her parents knowledge, and I thought that was just a little unprofessional views were great challenge was low and overpriced could improve on the customer service and the delivery of water after being on the zip lines or something along the trail It's hot you're sweaty and there ain't nothing in sight. Would've liked a little more personalized attention to the family when you're paying over $100 a person but I recommend and say this is the best one in town probably not when all you're interested in is my money and not the delivery of great customer service You have some growth I also had no one help me lock my keys and wallet

I have only positive things to say about Raul--he is an amazing person and helped us end our vacation on a lively and memorable note! He also took many photos for us and even joined in on some of them. Raul was on time picking us up in the morning and was very pleasant and professional. Our destinations during the day included the rainforest, a natural waterslide, a delicious food kiosk, the beach and a bio bay tour. Raul has a wealth of knowledge about Puerto Rico and its culture and was very enthusiastic and energetic throughout the tour. It was evident he truly loves what he does. He also has a great sense of pride in his home and its history. While I most definitely enjoyed the delicious food and wonderful sights and experiences, Raul himself left a profound impression on me. He is one of the most genuine, humble and hardworking people I have ever met. He has a terrific sense of humor and was very easy to get along with. After spending a few hours with him, I felt like he was part of our group of friends. At the end of the tour when he was officially "off shift," we invited him to join us at a small neighborhood bar near the condo at which we were staying. After a long day, he could have chosen to decline and go home; instead, we shared a few drinks and stories and lots of laughs. It was a fabulous ending to an epic day!!

The tour was punctual, very comfortable conditions and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend using their services.
