We went there on a tour bus, one of the stops. The place was amazing offering many activities from ziplines to horseback riding. They had the best Pina colada drinks we had all week. The women who showed us around were fantastic and knowledgeable. Especially with the horses. A great place to come and have some fun and learn some history.

We didn't take the tour since we met a couple who claimed just finished with the tour and was completely wet and covered in mud - head to toe. Still braving forward, we received confirmation from one of the employees at the check in area that dirt and splashing is part of fun. We expected some dirt and splashing from the ATV; however, not being drenched in it. We voiced our concerns and pointed out a potential misrepresentation of the service, and asked for a refund. The owner initially argued that being covered in mud is to be expected due to a rainy season, then argued that the guides would ensure we wouldn't be covered in mud. I reject these arguments and let the photo made by owner speak for itself. If you're prepared to get muddy and don't mind that sort of thing, this may be for you. We clearly mind.

Booked this excursion while cruising with Carnival. It's nothing...yet EVERYTHING you would expect! I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to our ATV tour guide, Claudia. We normally have fun on our excursions, but this was the best. It was a super hot day. We ended up purchasing shoe covers and face guards per recommendations. ***HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to save your shoes and your face!!!! It was a wet trail so it made it a bit more fun. This was coming from someone who has never ridden/driven an ATV prior to this. We did single riders. 100/100 would do again and recommend! *Following heads up 1. You WILL most likely get muddy and/or wet 2. You WILL get a nice break from the heat 3. They have food and refreshments when you are done!

From start to finish the experience was amazing. My daughter and I have never been on horses before but wow it was amazing. The instructor/guide John was friendly, patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you John for looking out for me. We are so happy that we experienced horseback riding at Campo Rico. This was one of the best parts of our trip! Joe was our guide and he made sure we got filthy with mud, and had a great time doing it! I would suggest you wear goggles and not sunglasses, especially if you do the UTV tours. Don't bring anything unnecessary in the UTV with you and don't wear anything you want to be clean lol. It's a great time and you won't be disappointed!

Had tons of fun on the horseback ride here. Only my husband and I were there for the tour, so it was like we got our own private tour. Cristian was our guide, and he was awesome. It was interesting to see the grounds, including lots of the animals including deer, parrots, ostriches, lots of ducks and chickens, cows, and wild horses. The big house was really beautiful, and apparently appeared in the movie Black Panther II. The drive is a little bit confusing - GPS will take you to the gate, but then you have to drive up a long, winding road (the guard at the front will tell you which turns you'll need to make). Once you find the parking lot, you'll need to go up the stairs, which are a bit obscured by trees, to find the check in desk. There's a shop that sells souvenirs, and shoe guards if you're doing the ATV tour, since your feet will probably get pretty dirty. Horseback ride was not dirty at all, but I would highly recommend bug spray, and wearing pants. I wore shorts and got lots of bug bites. All in all, a pretty fun ride!

Wilson is not only a tour guide but a photographer too!

ATV riding was such a fun experience for my fam & I. This is all thanks to WILSON, our tour guide. He made sure we were all comfortable & he was hilarious! He even took professional photos of us. Let me not forget, he also painted my boyfriend's arm with a stone. Get ready to get a bit muddy lol. Highly recommend!!!!

I must say that this was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. My tour guide Miguel was awesome. I had a blast with the UTV experience. Every trail had beautiful scenery. There is also a bar anf a place to buy items you need for this tour. I HAD A BLAST!!!

We did the ATV's while visiting Puerto Rico & had an awesome time...Our tour guide was awesome & patient with the group ...The trail was awesome & everything was fully explained ....I highly recommend this play...Enjoy!!

The total of the ride we spent $334 on for my birthday. Disappointing and a waste of money.

Honestly, that's a bit pricy in my opinion, but it's worth the money if you don't want the hassle of driving yourself. You are literally paying for someone to drive you to the attractions and that's it though. Our tour guide didn't visit the cave and didn't swim at the waterfall. The cave and waterfall were enjoyable experiences. The two star rating is primarily for the service provided by our tour guide Angel. Angel arrived promptly. He was an affable, young handsome twenty something. He picked us (party of 2) up in a minivan and said there'd be another two people joining us. He picked up another couple at a nearby hotel. The other couple were of Puerto Rican decent and one of them was a native of the island. We sat in the back of the van adjacent to the rear speakers, the male tour guest sat in the middle of the cabin and his girlfriend sat in the passenger seat. Angel and the other couple laughed and talked the entire trip in Spanish. Angel also blared loud Spanish rock/pop music throughout the ride without regard for us (the customers). He made no attempt to include us in the conversation and only talked to us a few times the entire day. Once was while helping us order lunch and another time was while the other couple was swimming at the waterfall. (My sister and I didn't swim) He also talked to us before picking them up and after dropping the off at their hotel. Other than that it was as if we were invisible. Generally speaking, it's not the job of the tour guide to entertain guests so I don't care that he didn't talk to us. It didn't bother me that they were speaking in Spanish either. My problem was that Angel didn't provide the same level of service to ALL of us that day. He seemed to forget that he was working. He wasn't hanging out with his friends for the day. I get that he probably had a cultural connection with the other tourists, but that shouldn't have affected the way he did his job. At one point we got out of the car and all walked towards the waterfall. Angel began to point something out to the other tourists in Spanish. It seemed to be about the location, but he was clearly talking to them since he was well aware of the fact that we did not speak Spanish. I thought that was a bit rude because at that point he was blatantly excluding us from the conversation. Either make an effort to include everyone or don't talk to anyone at all. We were all tourists... we all PAID for the same experience. If the other couple had been white or another nationality (not of Latin/Hispanic decent) then Angel's behavior would've been different. My point is that it shouldn't matter who is on the tour. Everyone should be treated the same. Angel also drove much too fast at times in my opinion. He took curves and turns daringly fast without regard for how we (the paying customers) may have felt. The attractions were far from the city in an extremely mountainous region. The ride was bumpy with a lot of twists and turns. On two occasions I saw him cut drivers off as they were trying to merge on the highway. I don't think that he was purposely being reckless. I just don't think he's even aware of the way his driving may impact the tourists he encounters. In my opinion, he drove the way many young guys drive... fast and fearless. The problem with that was he was WORKING. He wasn't cruising with his buddies. He should be more conscious of his behavior and how it may be impacting his customers. I went on another tour via Tours by Locals and our tour guide provided excellent customer service. He was a careful driver, he asked us if the radio volume was ok and genuinely cared about the quality of the service he was providing. He was older though and had been giving tours for years so he understand that the needs of the customers is the only thing that mattered. I gave him a $20 tip and he earned every penny. I didn't give Angel a tip because I was unhappy with his level of service to us. He drove us to and from the attractions, but we paid for that. The tip isn't mandatory and shouldn't be expected by the service provider. It should be earned. I always tip and believe that people should do so generously or stay home so I felt bad about not tipping Angel, but he failed to earn it from US so I decided not to give him one. I did speak with a young lady from PR tours prior to the tour to confirm and found her pleasant and professional. I don't recall her name. This review isn't a reflection on PR tours or the overall experience I had dealing with them. I'd absolutely book a tour with PR Tours again in the future.

It's an easy way to spend a day in the sun without breaking the bank. The only hiccup was during check-in. No safety rundown, no directions, nothing. I ended up going back inside, and thankfully another staff member stepped in and got me set up properly. Once I was out in the water, though, it was beautiful -- calm, clear, and full of marine life. Overall, a great experience with just a small bump in the beginning. I'd definitely return.

They ask that you arrive about 15 minutes early, and when we got there, most of the staff greeted us inside the storefront before directing us out back to the kayaking area. For belongings, they give you two options: you can pay $5 for a locker with a key, or you can leave your things in the storage bins out back where someone is always present. I wasn't completely comfortable with the bins, but the staff reassured me that nothing had ever happened to guests' belongings. I decided to take the chance, left my bag there with cash inside, and thankfully, everything was safe and untouched when we returned. Our instructor was Kyler and he was amazing. He was patient, informative, and honestly did most of the work steering our kayak since my daughter kept getting frustrated and turning us in the wrong direction. Kyler shared a lot of history about the Condado Lagoon, pointing out landmarks, statues, and explaining the local marine life--what's there, what isn't, and why motorboats aren't allowed. The way back was more challenging because of the wind, so this time it was up to us to paddle. I ended up doing most of it (patting myself on the back here), and by the time we finished, I was completely soaked from the back--no idea how that happened, but it was all part of the adventure. We wrapped up after about an hour, grabbed our belongings, and everything was still there. Overall, it was such a fun and memorable experience for both my daughter and I.

If children aren't allowed, that policy should be made crystal clear before customers book and pay. The same goes for the **$250 security deposit**, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. Instead of working with us or offering any solution, they kept my deposit and sent us away. We were left without a golf cart after planning ahead and paying in advance.
