We took our son here to play some arcades. I Wow, I must say I was impressed. it is so big. Lots of arcades of all types, including VR. They also have zip lines, rock climbing, and a sky maze. There is an area with a bar and food called Verbena Food Fair with plenty of available seats, indoor and outdoor. There is even a gift shop. I'm not sure if they do birthdays. I don't think so. I didn't see a designated area for that. I guess you have to ask. To be honest, this place is tons of fun. It's perfect for kids. Our son is 4 and he loved it. I would say it is ideal for kids 4+. It's even fun for adults. Whether you are visiting PR or are a local, this is a must visit. Since it is indoors (except for the zip lining), it's perfect for rainy days. Entrance is free.

Toro Verde urban Park provides a family friendly environment with a large arcade floor. There is also indoor rock climbing and a sky maze that provide some good excerise in addition to fun. Outdoors they offer ziplining, where you get to zip over the Distrito and to the Convention Center. Since you are in Distrito T-Mobile, there are several nearby food and beverage options, plus the Distrito VIP Cinemas.

Went zip lining with a large group and it was over the street and it was a thrilling experience. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We ordered an appetizer, a burger, pasta, and a traditional Puerto Rican dish, and everything was delicious. It also seems like a great place to catch a game, with huge screens in the middle of the district and TVs throughout the restaurant. The staff was very friendly, the service was great, and the restaurant was spotless. My only complaint--and this seems to be true almost everywhere we've been in San Juan--is that it was freezing inside. Definitely bring a light sweater if you get cold easily! Would definitely recommend!

We paid $101.95 in advance and arrived about 10 minutes before kickoff. Despite arriving before the match started, we were not seated. Staff spent several minutes "checking on it," and after the match had already begun, we were simply told there was "a problem with the table," with no clear explanation. From what I could see, it appeared our table may have been given away or the event may have been oversold. What made it worse was watching people from the walk-in line continue to be let inside while we stood there with our reservation. We were eventually invited to wait inside, but that meant standing in the doorway, directly in the servers' path, while the match was already underway. What bothered me most was the complete lack of respect, honesty, and basic hospitality. A simple, "We're sorry, we made a mistake. Let's get you inside, find you a seat at the bar, and put a cold beer in your hand while we sort this out," would have changed the entire experience. Instead, we were left standing around like an inconvenience. The frustrating part is that punctuality only seemed to matter when it benefited them. We missed the start of the match because of their reservation issue, and then when the match ended, we were asked to leave immediately before we had even finished our beer. It ruined the whole point of coming: watching the Brazil match in a sports-bar atmosphere for a birthday night. If you take prepaid reservations for a game-day event, honor them. If something goes wrong, own it and fix it. This experience was a huge disappointment.

The only thing that was cooler then is the game room. But then again, arcades aren't as popular today as they once were. Compared to Cupey, this place is more spacious all around (except for the game room), and more accommodating for food and beverage while you play. Each lane has a table with chairs. Also, they bring the food to you. I just wish they had craft beer options. Overall, this is still a fun place to spend an afternoon or evening with friends or family. You can do birthdays here too. Lots of parking available under the building.

This place is also more spacious. The only thing I would say needs work is with the lanes. The mechanical arms glitched a few times and was a bit frustrating. Also, if you want bumpers for the gutters, everybody has to use them. They didn't have the automatic bumpers that can be programmed to go up for certain bowlers. We played an hour with bumpers because of our 4 year old. For the second hour we had to switch lanes to a non bumper lane. Still, we had a very gund afternoon of family bowling. FYI, Saturdays are the most expensive day to bowl. We went on a Saturday. My husband posted a picture of the pricing.

You had to go to your balcony and look down to see the beach and the pool area. The hotel was super bright and clean and the front desk staff checked me in quickly. My room wasn't immediately ready but I received a wristband for amenities and went to have lunch. After checking in, I changed and went to the pool bar for a couple hours. The female who worked the pool bar was excellent but the guys were so inattentive that many went a while without drinks. They were too busy watching the soccer game on TV. They were so focused on the game that numerous attempts to wave them down went unnoticed. When I arrived I checked my suit case with the bell stand. When picking up my bag it took forever. I am not sure why the bell stand is so far from where they keep the bags. The lobby bar was excellent and I spent each night there for a bit having drinks and socializing with other guests. Although the hotel was great, I feel like I was out and about in PR more and did not take full advantage of the amenities considering how much I paid for the room. Although I would absolutely stay here again, I will probably stay somewhere different next time so I am not paying for amenities I won't use.

This hotel has an attached casino and it is very large with tables and digital machines. You have choices of cabana rooms or rooms overlooking the ocean. I chose the ocean view with patio. The room was very large and the bed and pillows were comfy. I really like the pillows not too fluffy, soft, or hard. The housekeepers were the best given how large the room was and how they have to deal with sand tracked into the room. They mopped everyday and ensured the tile was spotless. I also chose to use points to get the breakfast every morning and I am glad I did that breakfast if bought separate would run $40 a day, but with the selection you had would still be worth it. Everything was fresh and so good. I fell for the Puerto Rican Farina type cream of wheat and the corn type cream of wheat. I also enjoyed how the hotel had designated employees who would carry your beach chair to a spot and dig an umbrella into sand for you at no charge. If you have a rental car the hotel has covered parking and the hotel covers the parking fee included in price of room. There is a gem outside the hotel and that's the hotel gelato bar. This is the best gelato I have ever tasted. The raspberry and lemon combination I picked was heavenly. The lemon hit your taste bud joyfully and I wanted more! I could go on about the hotel but I hope the pictures capture the rest. This is a good vacation hotel to pick.

When you walk in you can see the different sections that it's comprised of, with the main bar on the right, a gaming and sports loungey area (with couches to sit down and play or watch the game!!!!) just slight past that, and a main dining area further straight ahead. I was caught off guard over the fact that even as a gaming bar, there is a very fancy feel to it, to the point that it has a separate private room that is closed off, with a nice wine collection in it. Sat down with friends and we enjoyed some PS5 games on the lower right portion of the big monitor while the rest of us watched some baseball and later on the Nuggets/Timberwolves game. Rebeca paid close attention to us the entire night and her service and attitude were exceptional. She recommended several of the dishes that we ended up trying, including the Bacalao and Manchego Croquetas (easily one of the best appetizers I've had in the last few years), as well as the ribs (amazingly sauced and fall-apart tender). She even told us about a few off-menu items, like the Big Boss Burger which I can't tell how big the patty was but it was huge and very well stuffed and cooked to perfection. Drink selection was prime. I had a mule which is my go-to but it tasted crisper than usual, so I asked and they told me they make the ginger beer for it in-house. Good whiskey and bourbon selections as well. And GAMES. Not just videogames too (there's a lot of that, including an arcade cabinet for two people to play fighting games there!!!!!) but they also had a giant Jenga, a big connect four, and several other smaller games in order to be able to appease crowds with kids. A lot of the menu is videogame themed, which is by design, but don't let it put you off from taking the place seriously. This is very well run and I'm already looking for reasons to go back again.
