Purchased a used RV from them at the RV show in Quartzite. They promised a full a full inspection…read moreand any issues would be fixed before delivery. We picked up the motor home and took it to the spot we were camped with friends. The Transfer switch didn't work so no shore power. Only would run off the generator. I called and was told no one could fix it and we would have to pay for a mobile repair service. This was the tip of the iceberg. The water pump pressure switch was bad so the water pump turns on and off every 10 seconds. The bathroom faucet only runs a trickle of water, not enough to even wash your hands. The kitchen sink drain leaks so I have to put a bucket under it to catch the water, and I don't mean a drip. It's a waterfall. The seal in the toilet is bad so the water leaks out constantly. The black water tank was plugged so we had to pay to have it pumped with a vacuum truck to get it unclogged. We were told there were Solar Panels to run the refrigerator. NO solar panels were installed. I was promised a check to install an auto level on it by J Duncan, but that never came. I sent emails and called, but The return phone call I got was from some admin person who said he'd check on it. Never could get a phone number for J Duncan, who ignored my emails. The admin TEXTED me that since there was no paperwork on it they wouldn't pay for the Auto Level that we were promised. They couldn't even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. To top it off, we never received a title on it so we can't get it registered in our home state. This has been a nightmare. DON'T buy an RV from this company if you want your hair to remain it's natural color. It will give you gray hair!! They lie to your face to get your money and then act like you don't exist.

In early January of 2021 we were looking to purchase a class A motorhome through this dealership…read morelocation at Sparks Nevada. Since this company had over 10 stores in 4-5 west coast states the selection would be excellent. So we told the sales person at Sparks location that our need to find an motorhome for our wheel chair bound friend. They had a salesman who family member was handicapped and could help us with this. Plus I had researched their website and viewed a possible class a motorhome at the Quartzsite AZ location. It was a 2000 Safari Serengeti 4066 class A motorhome. I was told that they would check into it and get back.I also asked if we were serious about purchasing this unit would they bring it up for close inspection? They said that could be arranged. After about 8 days I tried to contact these salesperson's. They both were off for a few days. So I contacted R /V Country in Quartzsite AZ. I managed to talked to salesman Jeff. I explained our needs and he said he see what could be done. I told him about my contact at the Sparks Nevada location and about bringing it up here for a close inspection. He said he would check and get back to us. Which he did get back to us a short period of time later. Jeff indicated that he could not bring the unit up to Nevada location unless it was purchased. So he arranged for another staff member at the courtside location to take a test drive as we were viewing it on our cell phones. This driver who was familiar with Serengeti motorhomes. He recommended that this particular unit was in excellent shape. And that he had worked on these units when it came out new in 2000. So he test drove it for us and stated that the tires were good the engine , The only issue's that he noticed was the ft passenger side windshield was broken and the cab A /C wasn't working otherwise it was in excellent shape. So over the course of the next few days we determined that we would purchase the unit for the asking price. They also installed a washer dryer system for us. They agreed to fix the windshield on the passenger front side and fix the cab sir A/C. So over the next few days while we were waiting to get funds arranged to pay for the coach to work we're supposed to have been done. A Jeff the salesman assured me that all issues would be taken care of as well as detailing the coach before it left a location and headed for Sparks Nevada. The transfer of the coach would not take place until payment was received. The coach was completely paid on January 13,2021 arrangements are being made to have a coach brought up to Sparks Nevada. Records arrived on January 17 which is a Sunday and early afternoon. We wouldn't take delivery on Sunday because the unit was promised to be completely detailed when it left Sparks Nevada and we receive it there for the walk-through and everything. So we arranged the following week to do a walk through and take delivery. As Tech Dale was doing the walk through there was about 25 issues that needed to be addressed. So on 2/11/21 we were notified by Robin that everything approved for fixing was completed. The cab a/c was included in the repair items. So we arranged for pickup on 2-16-2021 at 10:30 am. I arrived on this date and time. As tech was going thru items that were needed to be repaired. I again noticed the air/conditioner cab area still didn't work ! Now this was to have been fixed over 6 weeks ago and sparks location had it one day short of a month and they still didn't fix it. Plus they didn't fill the lp gas like the promised. When I complained about the major issue the a/c cab air still needed fixing. I was advised that they are crunching the numbers to see if it is possible. I said that this was part of the original agreement and needed to be fixed! Especially since we paid about 30,000 more tan unit was worth. We found this out when we tried to insure this unit. We paid over $82,000 plus taxes and could only get insurance to fully cover $43,000. We asked Salesperson Jeff in quartzite Az. He said demand was high so that justifies the $79,999 asking price. Now we stand to loose $40,000 if a total loss is experienced. Well now back to a/c cab air. Since it wasn't fixed over the almost 7 weeks of promising to fix and finally be told again that they have on on site tech to fix a/c. I repeated saying it should have been fixed by R/V Country I am required to take this coach and get estimates on repairs and these estimates must be submitted to R/V country for fixing approval. It's very hard for me to justify my time to do the job that R/V Country should be doing. It's like I have nothing better to do. I recommend that if anyone is looking to purchase a R/V Country to consider the poor service I have experienced. Sure $80,000 might seem a small amount but to some it's a life time of savings. I wouldn't buy another R/V from this company. Russ korbol
