Czary was friendly and attentive. I felt very looked after as she followed up with me day to day to check in to see how I was feeling. After a day or two, I noticed my dark circles appeared lighter and my skin in general felt softer/smoother to touch. Was very nice and would have casual conversation while I waited for my appointment. I was one of the first to sign up for her laser hair removal service, she had just bought a machine and offered me a one year deal for $2,000. 6 months into it I had a bad accident that left me in the hospital. Before this had happened we had developed a friendship (I even helped her move into her new office) and she texted me to check on my health and promised to pause my service. Skip to now, I am finally healthy and done with surgeries and can resume the service and tried to contact: - First time attempting she said she had new partners and had to check with them, the office manager called me back and said he would only give me 1 session from the 6 promised/owed - Second time, she said she would speak to him and the partners, the manager calls me back again saying they would only offer 4 sessions as "prices have gone up" - Third time, today, she has been ignoring my texts for the last week so I called a few times and she finally picked up (noting that it was her off hours). Asked me what I needed to continue and I said my 6 months or a prorated refund. This request turned into her shouting at me for "threatening her" and future communication will only be done through the manager, who unfortunately keeps getting mixed information it seems. Tried to be nice and work with her and this small business but it seems I am out of options and need to do chargebacks and small claims.

I have…read moregone to cheaper places in the area (Dr. Laser would always cancel appointments last minute, and the technicians were inexperienced) and DermaFX is great--but I couldn't find one closer than Seal Beach which is too far away. Shabani is my go-to for Botox now b/c she knows where to inject and you won't get horns over your forehead like you can if you go to cheaper places where the injectors have no idea what they're doing. I find that my Botox here lasts a long time and looks very natural.
