My 10-year-old ordered a scoop of strawberry ice cream--a safe flavor... or do we thought--while our family was out celebrating a birthday. Unfortunately, it had an odd taste, and when we politely asked if we could exchange it, the employees flatly refused. She didn't offer alternatives, a refund, a credit, coupon or even the option to speak with management--just a rigid "it's not my rules." I understand policies exist, but when a child is visibly disappointed (especially during what was supposed to be a special celebration), good businesses find ways to make things right. There were nine of us ordering, and yet they wouldn't accommodate a single scoop of ice cream to keep a young customer happy. It's not about the cost--it's about the principle. A little flexibility or kindness would've gone a long way. We won't be returning to that location at least, and I'd caution other families to manage their expectations when it comes to customer care here. In a side note their matcha is horrible. I ordered it during a previous visit but didn't complain and left, figured oh well I will deal with it. Different when ice cream means so much to a child though. --- This keeps your tone firm but fair, highlights the lack of empathy, and makes it clear how this affected your experience. You can adjust the wording to match your voice, but this should get the point across effectively! read more

I regularly visit this place where it's just my immediate family or my cousins want to go grab a treat. Never had an issue with showing up with a large group even though they are paying individually. However we visited yesterday as a large group and told the people working there that yes we are together but all separate orders and payments. They did not have a huge line or anything of the sort prior to our arrival. one of the employees stated that only one person would be taking the orders for my group alone. 8 individual orders and only one person helping while they had 3 people there working. Throughout our visit and long wait we were getting attitude. I did not appreciate that. We did not give them a reason to be treated that way and felt as though we were being made less of while people that were behind us were walking out with their orders, I was the last of my group to finally put in an order after 30 minutes of waiting because again only one associate was to help our group. Super disappointed and don't plan on returning here. read more

Horrible! Do not recommend this place. Got a corn cup and a fruit cup. The corn was hard and cold as if they put it in frozen and the crockpot stopped heating it up. Mango in my fruit cup was hard and dry. When I brought this to the lady's attention she said it's almost closing and the corn is no longer fresh. The mangos have to be hard in order to place in the cup. That doesn't mean they have to be dry. She refused to exchange my items and unfortunately they ended up in the trash. Waste of time and money.
