A young lady and a young man who were both so attentive, patient, and genuinely helpful. They let us try a few flavors before we ordered, walked us through everything, and never made us feel rushed. If I lived in Riverside or close by, I would be there all the time. So thankfully, we were out for a drive and wanted some ice cream and found this cute little shop. They have a few small tables inside, but what makes this a town square right out of the 1950s are the cute little wireframe tables and chairs they had outside along the sidewalk so you can sit and enjoy your cone, and people watch. I am not sure whether the manager or owner allows their employees to close early, but as a business owner myself, I would be pretty upset at my employees if they were closing early on a busy Saturday night. We were not the only ones turned away, as they turned away at least two other families right after we were leaving. Additionally, if the owner or manager is aware they are closing early and gives them permission to close early on busy Saturday nights, then maybe you should change the sign to state you close at "8:30" as customers expect the store to be open till 9, when the sign states it's open till 9. And lastly, give your employees some customer service training. They clearly did not want to be there and looked like they were miserable to be working there, which was also probably why they were closing early.
