They do have a drive through but that wouldn't have been much fun We were greeted as soon as we arrived. First there are so many choices so we needed a few minutes. After asking a lot of questions we made decisions. The young man was very helpful and patient. I was full from dinner so I got a sundae with raspberries. I come to this location very often to get the one thing I love every time-- the Oreo concrete! I love how it's usually so packed with chunky oreos throughout. However, I went last night and got the same thing, but when they were giving it to me I didn't even think it was mine because It just looked like vanilla ice cream in a cup. It had so very few pieces of Oreo in it compared to every other time. I asked if I could get more oreos since I got the Oreo concrete and not just vanilla ice cream, and one of the guys with glasses said he put the normal amount and I'd have to pay for any extra. I'm not sure how that was the "normal' amount when there was basically like one cookie throughout the whole cup. I was pretty upset cause it wasn't entirely what I wanted. We were heading to another desert place and when we got there the parking lot was packed full. We passed Andy's in the way and turned around. I got a Double Double Chocolate Malt. It was pretty good. Places. Never use enough malt, but I could actually taste this in every sip. Husband got a Chocolate Cement Mixer and he was very pleased. One* Employee make ordering ice cream incredibly difficult. Prices are high, but that custard are good..

After visiting this location with an friend and we had our 2 kids. Of course kids can be a little loud so after ordering we went outside. Kids will be kids and be a little loud mind you they are already on a loud street. Then some Hispanic girl with glasses came up to us ask us to keep tell our kids to be quiet because she wasn't able to hear orders mind you while trucks, motorcycles loud cars are going bye loud as ever and complain about 2 kids. After all this is a icecream place why can't kids be kids it's I felt that was very disrespectful especially interrupting us mid convo as she continued to do orders or take order she was opening the door aggressively making noises mumbling things under her breath never have I ever experienced Andy's like I did today I've been coming here for over 8 years today's customer service there was definitely not it. Don't come here if you don't want your kids to be told to be quiet. When they are outside. If I could give it negative stars I would. There's not a lot of seating, so it's definitely more of a drive thru place. We did sit outside on some benches, though. I got the Stolen Brownie Sundae. It probably had more brownie than custard but that it totally perfect for me, since I loooove brownies. During the pandemic they did an excellent job fallowing COVID guidelines. Now that things are somewhat back to normal they still practice social distancing and face masks. The line sometimes gets a little too long for my linking, but, I enjoy their custard whenever I'm forced to go. read more

Frozen custard made fresh every hour, it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for which is quality. The thing about frozen custard is you have to eat it fast before it turns into into liquid. I get the feeling that training is heavy on being personable. At our last visit a few days ago, a pleasant young woman greeted us at the drive thru with a smile & a "thanks for stopping by Andy's; how are you today?". After a long morning, it really does make a difference. We hit the drive thru but from what we could see, the establishment was clean (they stay on top of things at Andy's). My husband ordered his favorite (the James Brownie--Vanilla custard blended with peanut butter and brownies & then filled with hot fudge) & said it was spot on perfect. The consistency is always amazing. Never too firm, but not liquidy, either. Andy is a man who knows what he's doing. And his custard never fails to meet--and exceed--the mark. Five stars, easy.
