I ordered a ham torta today and honestly, it was very disappointing. The torta was extremely plain -- something I could have easily made at home. They only put about two slices of ham, barely any ingredients, and the lettuce looked old and unappetizing. Overall, the torta felt very small and poorly made for the price. I also ordered a mesquite, and for $6.75 the cup wasn't even full. The portion and quality definitely did not justify the price. I came to this location because I was near by even tho there is another location a block away from where I live. I'm glad I did because this location is way better! Everything we ordered was really good. My husband said this will be our go-to location from now on. He was very impressed with the quality of their ice cream. We ordered 2 licuados de mamey and we got some nasty mamey with chocolate syrup smoothies. Not what we asked for. Couldn't even drink them. It changes the whole flavor. Came here just for the mangonadas (also known as chamangos). We usually go to the paleteria michoacana in victorville but wanted to try this place out. The location JUST FOR THE RECORD their location is wrong on yelp. According to yelp they should be in the mall with the McDonald's but actually their in the mall across the street next to the 99 cents store. Hope that saves someone some frustration. Also, be warned. Friday afternoon traffic was terrible. The lights here are short and there are signal lights every half block or so when you get close to the place. This place is smaller than the paleteria i usually go to in victorville (smaller building and less icecream flavors but i think more popsicles) BUT they have 2 small tables to sit and eat at which the other place doesn't have. The mangonada/chamango My experience of mangonadas and paleterias is pretty limited but apparently there are different types of mangonadas (also known as chamangos). Some are more icy like snowcones, some use mango syrup instead of mango icecream, etc. But the one i like is the one with refreshing mango sorbet generously swirled with chamoy sauce, topped with fresh diced mangos, chaca chacas (those little hard chewy pellet shaped candies. They taste much better than they sound lol), and the spicy tamarind stick. Mixed together it's sweet sour and spicy and sooo refreshing. It makes my day. For some reason I've been seeing boba/snow places offering mangonada flavors lately but it just doesnt taste the same. Either they use weird ingredients or they leave out the spicy sour ness. Thats why paleterias are the place to go. Compared to the other paleteria this mangonada was similar in flavor but a little lacking in the chaca chacas. I also thought they could have put a tiny bit more chamoy (the sour flavor was a little lacking) but it was still very delicious. On a side note service was much more friendly here than the paleteria in victorville. And the mangonada was cheaper though smaller at $5 for 16 oz. I'd have to go to the other place again to see which is a better deal though. read more

It is a hot Summer day here in SoCal so after having lunch we decided to give this a try. Appearance: Very nice ice cream shop. Music is very loud and it seems to cater mostly to the hispanic community. Cleanliness: Super clean. They have been open for six months and everything looks new. Taste of products: I had a Nance paleta and I enjoyed it. My husband had a watermelon one and he was disappointed. They carry more than just ice cream. They also have mexican inspired deserts made with fruit, seasoned with Tajin and Chamoy, a tamarind like syrup. Will have to come back and try more of their items. read more

I went today and was very unhappy with my purchase. Right before I ordered, there was a family that ordered multiple drinks. She took them all to her car and came back in to let the worker know that she didn't seal the containers properly and that they had spilled. Instead of finding a solution, the worker was RUDE and just said "ok". The poor lady just left without a solution. This is just ridiculous ! They're the type of people who will do things wrong and still blame the customer. Plus! They're prices are not reasonable. Then, I ordered and they never asked what size of raspado I wanted, gave me horrible nachos (they don't even taste like nachos-- and the chips were stale), and gave me dry raspados. I asked them to pour more liquid into the raspados and they said that only this time because they're going to charge next time. I'm not unreasonable and agree that they should charge for EXTRA, but in this case it was not extra. The raspado was SO DRY. The worker had a mad attitude the whole time. Worst customer service ever! Let's start with I love this place particularly the one in Mira Loma but I came to this location on main since my mom lives near here well a few days ago we came in and purchased some banana dipped ice cream but to our surprise when we got to eating them on the way home the banana itself had been rotten so we threw them away now I've never had this problem before at any other location that I've been too now considering how pricey these banana pops can be I assumed when I brought it to the employees attention the following day that I came in she'd consider at least replacing one of the banana pops for me but instead she just smiled when I told her the story about them being rotten and said okay she didn't offer an apology a discount for the current items I was purchasing or anything so when I got to the register I saw a number for any customer related problems so I took a picture and proceeded to send them a text and the back story to what had happened and then me assuming they would have a decent response left me puzzled when I got a thank blah blah blah we will look into it reply now after all this being said I'm very disappointed in the customer service in this place particularly like I said I love all the other locations I've been too I just seem to only have issues with this one so I guess I will just stop coming here I just wanted to vent and share this cause it wasn't sitting right with me thank read more

Went today to get my son an ice cream and the owner was very friendly and attentive, and so was his staff. They answered the questions we had, and chatted with us after we ordered and while we were eating. As for the food there, it's great. The elote was very, very good. Huge pieces of corn, for a low price. I didn't get an ice cream cone myself, but I did taste my sons gansito cone, and it was delicious. My husband's ice cream looked good too, but he ate it before I could taste it, lol. My husband liked my elote so much, he went and bought one for himself, plus a Chama go for me. Terrible customer service!!! I got an elote cup and asked for LIGHT mayo, when i got home to eat it i felt like i dipped my spoon into pure mayo with a little corn to go with it..disgusting! I call to let them know about their mistake to see if they can fix it & instead they tell me they can't do anything about it since i already took it home to eat it (who's eating this cup of mayo btw?!) & that I would just have to come back and pay for a new one (if they can even do it right this time) I said wow well it looks like you've lost a customer & all she can say is 'okay' ...smdh!
