About two weeks ago I ordered on the phone and she told me I had to pay over the phone and fine.. why not, I paid. Surprise I ordered to the wrong location and that was totally my fault, I ended up buying at the other location and I called the first location, the nice lady (Blanca) said she will have her manager/owner contact me about the issue and give me a refund whatsoever. I ordered a Mangonada with the limón ice cream. It was SO SO good! My husband always gets the Oreo ice cream and this time he also got a scoop of the Reese's. Both were delightful and so creamy. We got a few of their fresh made popsicles to go because I'm just obsessed with them! Let's start this review with how horrible the customer service is here. I was in line with my mother when the female worker Stephanie straight ignored my mom and myself in line and skipped over to serve the man after us.when she finally acknowledged us I told her we were actually in line before the man she served . She apparently got annoyed with my comment. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing she ignored us again and started helping the next customer. First timer . The store is bight , clean and inviting . I read the previous reviews, and yes there was a little bit of a wait time with one worker. I admit I did want to leave , but the ice cream looked so good and worth the wait in the cases . As I ordered, I was able to have a short convo with the young lady working , I won't say a lot , but I will say she's working very long days . So for these small business let's not forget they too have families and let's support them and not tear them down in the reviews. I purchased the three popsicles , pecan, strawberry and coconut , the straw cream was by far my favorite . You can tell it is homemade , it's so thick and creamy . I also purchased the elotes with hot Cheetos dust ( delicious) . The young lady even gave me a bag of ice to put my popsicles in to travel home so they wouldn't completely melt . First of all, they don't have AC in there. It's really hot in there. Like any customer you would, we wanted to get our food as soon as possible and leave. The lady here was having a full on conversation with the customer before us. It was five of us and then two more people came in. Those other people even got tired of waiting for the lady before us who was having a full on conversation with the employee, so they left. When she finally helped us, she was being extremely rude. Rolling her eyes and all, rushing us and raising her voice. It was by far the worst possible customer experience I have ever had at a Michoacana location.
