This location is snug between a Jamba Juice and a Chinese food restaurant. There's a parking lot immediately to your right when you enter the shopping center. Then you just follow the arrows to get to the front enterance. There's several tables and a restroom inside. Kids scoops of ice cream were nearly $5 each. They don't accept bills over $20. The young lady working seemed to be alone and there was an easy 15 people there at once. She was very calm and got through the line quickly. The people in front of us wanted a sample of everything which really slowed down the line but eventually we got our ice cream. They need to turn on the AC in there because it's pretty hot and stuffy. Didn't utter a word other than do you want your receipt. I wasn't even offered a bag for the cake. I'll never go to this location again, I'll drive to the Apple Valley store. My son's favorite cake combo is confetti cake with cookie dough ice cream. I spaced and forgot to pre order. I went in today and Daniele was so helpful! She did not give up until she found my combo. She even said she would have tried to rush it for me if I would have called in the morning. To top it off, I had 2 cakes so she helped me take them to my car! I ordered a 2 scoop sundae and paid 7 bucks of hit, but when it got to the topping, the girl said they were all out of marshmallow topping, and that's the only one I get. I don't get whipped creme, so I should hav been charged for 2 scoops of ice cream instead of a $7 sundae. They can easily mix up more marshmallow sauce, but they just don't want to, so they say they are out of it. read more

Worst service ever. 3 employees, 1 handling online orders and 2 tending walk-ins. 1 was slower than a snail on crutches. I have 3 items to order. Takes 1 order and walks away to wash dishes. The store was super clean and very well stocked. I received great customer service. I bought an ice cream cake that was decorated beautifully and tasted great. I just feel like the prices were a bit high. But maybe I'm wrong because I haven't shopped for ice cream cakes in years. read more

My husband and I came in tonight. I ordered a two scoop sundae and his was just a two scoop cup. Im giving this place one start because the amount I paid and the scoop servings did not match. My husbands cup was filled properly but mine was lacking. I got more whipped topping than I did in both scoops combined. I don't believe the girl who was there was properly trained how to scoop. This place is not that bad. So far I've experienced good customer service and some good ice cream sundaes...BUT, their cookies were hard (not fresh). Overall, I would come again when craving ice cream sundaes or their banana royales. read more

I just uploaded some photos but i will readd them since they wont be attached to this post. First off i got here every once in a while. I took my kids yesterday and spent about $30 in ice cream. The place as usual was clean and staff was patient and friendly. Today its the same story. Clean store, friendly staff. I ddecided to take my beautiful and delicious looking banana split home. I guess the guy didnt close it all the way because when i arrived home (about 2-3 minutes away) i grab the bag and take two steps away from my car when it falls out the bag and to the ground. I was heartbroken. I guess it wasnt closed all the way and leaked through making the bag rip from the weight. I tried to call but no one answered. I kind of want my money back because i mean it was ruined. Do you see the picture? My heart hurts.lol. i still love the though. Ill be by tomorrow to get another one but wont leave the store. read more

If you want a Polar pie from here. Be sure to order 24 hours in advance. Because I ordered one today expecting it to be premade and ready to go. But it takes a whole day to prepare it. And it's not written as such on the website. Only that "custom orders" need to be ordered in advance. I couldn't even get a refund because the store manager "has to talk to the owner" or something. Matter of fact. Just stop coming to B&R! Their service is terrible! Prices are gouged through the roof for some ice cream! Baskins Robbins Hesperia Main Street is the worst!!!!!! Last night Friday night my family and I attended a play at the church up the street after wards we went for ice cream, it was about 845 pm the line was literally at the door, every table was full of families enjoying there ice cream. Well at 8:59 the lady who works there decides to tell us she is locking the door and we have to get out!!!!!! Really??? My children can't finish there ice cream cones??? Cmon it's a Friday night and you had a full store of customers. Now you have over 20 people outside eating ice cream!!!!! My family will never return!!! We miss cold stone!!! read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I never write reviews and in fact hardly understand what would drive someone to do so. Today I understand and I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a birthday cake for my son two days ago. On their website it says that you need 24 hours in advance. So that should have been fine according to their own website and policy. When I went up to pick up my son's cake i was very disappointed to them telling me that they did not have it because they didn't see our order in their email. I call BS. I paid 50 dollars for a cake and was only told that I could have a cake for tomorrow (which makes no sense since the birthday is today!) or I could have some pre made cake. They offered me no apologies and no compensation for having to take a cake that was not at all what my son wanted. All I know is that they disappointed me and worst my son who was just trying to enjoy his 7th birthday. I will never go here again and I will be calling the corporate office to talk about the manager's lack of customer service that they showed us. read more
