My partner was snapped at because we were confused about what types of cones they still had in stock, I was snapped at because I couldn't hear them trying to ask me about a nut allergy from behind their mask, a the guy behind us got snapped at for looking for an extra spoon, and another person in line left without ordering because of the bad energy (didn't over hear the specifics though). I love that this place stands for equality and love for all so I was a little taken aback by the negative vibes. It's possible it was a bad day and this team member was done, but I wish they had maybe taken a few minutes to catch their breath and let the other two team members hold things down for a bit. I would definitely try this place again, but if I saw the team member again I'd maybe just grab a pint or simple order.

Upon entrance I knew I would enjoy the space. Very nostalgic! Super cute & bright! We ordered the same thing, ice cream mixed with oreoes, caramel, & other stuff. We were pleased with our choices and the customer service. I also loved being able to sample. I definitely will return with my grandchildren, I saw coloring sheets adorning the wall & they love that. I want to try the soda fountain area & get a sundae!
