I've been coming here for a few years now and the drinks are good and service used to be good until they changed staff. Now ,every time I go in , there is no" Hi, Welcome" or anything at all. The new girl has this dry, stale demeanor and not welcoming at all, as if she doesn't even wanna be there and doesn't wanna help you out and she makes it obvious. It's to the point that I don't even feel like going there anymore and it sucks because I actually like their drinks. I've read other reviews on here and google about similar complaints and do not understand how it seems like she has been the same to other customers as well and has no intention to change it. read more

The Thai tea and matcha latte with boba were honestly delicious. The drinks are the only reason this place isn't getting one star. I can't overlook something really unacceptable. When my husband went to use the restroom, there was no hand soap. I told the cashier, assuming it was just used and empty now--but she straight-up said, "Yeah, we don't have hand soap." No apology, no concern. Just... that. That is disgusting. This is a food establishment. Cleanliness and basic hygiene aren't optional--they're non-negotiable. The idea that employees and customers are using the restroom without any way to properly wash their hands is disturbing and unsanitary. I usually go for a mango green tea, but since they didn't have mango, I tried the peach--and it was delicious! Super refreshing, and the prices were great. The food itself is pretty good and I would give it 4 stars but the customer service is lacking. I went in today for the first time and the shorter lady is actually really sweet and respectful. However, the taller lady with a braid has a sour attitude the entire time. Doesn't say a thing, can't seem to say hello, thank you, or your welcome. Overall, she just looks annoyed and bothered by your presence. As a first time customer I wouldn't come back because there are more places out there with better food and better customer service. read more

I honestly loved this place but am so frustrated by the hours they have on yelp and maps, they dont match store hours and When i try calling ahead of time to ensure i know the correct time they never answer. The last 4 times ive tried to go, they say online they close at 9pm but I guess its 8pm and theyre closed on Sundays? Again i think but I drive quite a bit as I do love their boba but ill be going to Boba time simply for the straight forward convenience and they have accurate info for their store online. Me and my girlfriend have come here quite a bit of times now and the drinks are always great! We've never had a bad drink here whether it be fruit teas, milk teas, or smoothies, and the workers are always very accommodating with any of our questions. The service is always amazing too and the family who owns this business always makes us feel welcome and are always quick to help fix any drinks like adding sweetness or doing less ice (although our drinks are always perfect!). I think the prices are pretty good as well compared to other boba shops local or in other nearby cities so that's another nice benefit as well. And the shop is a small cute one that is nice to be in just for takeout or for being there to hangout with friends or do some studying/work. We'll definitely be back many more times! My friends and I were excited to try this place but were super disappointed! First off, when you walk in there's a really cute swing, but unfortunately it's covered with stuffed animals that were filthy. On top of that it was so hot inside! Which honestly may have contributed to the girl behind the counters bad attitude, literally she could not have been more unfriendly/unhelpful. I was hoping to try their macarons as there were several flavors listed on their website however, in the display case there were three flavors all of which look old and dried out. I asked her "do you guys make these or are they delivered in from a bakery?" She just glared at me and said "no we don't make them".. ok then.. Next my friend tried to order two different types of tea and was told they were out of both flavors, so she picked something else and tried it, but she said was really bitter, almost like the tea was over steeped.. she's not the type to complain so was just going to toss it. But having been in the service industry I told her "no just let them know they'll make it right, maybe they can just make you something else" mind you her drink was completely full. It's not like she drank the whole thing and then decided to complain. I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with the girl who helped us originally, but she had left so I asked the young man who had been in the back " is there anyway she can get something else the tea tastes bitter and oversteeped" and he said " I could add sugar" and I said "it's not that, it just tastes like the tea is made incorrectly so it's really bitter" and he was just like"no there's nothing I can do sorry"... like really? no customer service, no attempt to make things right. I honestly have never seen a business so unbothered to make their customers happy so definitely skip this place if you're looking for a good experience, there are many other places to get Boba in the desert that have all of the items listed on their menu , cool, clean, inviting spaces, and employees who actually want make their customers happy. read more

I ordered a peach black tea with aloe vera topping and really enjoyed it. You can adjust your sugar level here if you prefer, but I thought the 100% level was great- not too sweet and not too bitter. My little brother always orders the passionfruit black tea and boba, it's his favorite. He said the boba is better here than at other local spots because it is cooked in honey rather than water alone. The service here was good- we were helped right away, and our food and drinks took about ten minutes all together. For food, we ordered garlic fries and popcorn chicken. The food was underwhelming because the fries were undercooked and not actually garlicky. The popcorn chicken was not seasoned like typical Taiwanese popcorn chicken- it tasted more Americanized. Ambiance was nice here- they have a cute seating area with a swinging bench and lots of board games. They're also supporting independent artists here by allowing them to sell their crochet and jewelry pieces. I would come back again for another drink, but not necessarily the food. read more
