Twisted Sugar is closer than that other store so we decided it would be fun to try their cookies. The cookies were served cold. Like refrigerator cold. I'm not sure when they bake them or even if they do because the texture is close to a stale Play-dough and the flavor was very chemical like. We ordered size flavors and cut them up to try them all as a family, while some are not as bad there are definitely none that seemed good or remotely tasty. Even the chocolate chip cookie (classic) was a let down. The cookies are the same size at the competition but they lack flavor. You will get sugar but that's about it. I have feeling that these were either not baked correctly or their cookies just is not where it's at with this place. The cookies looked pretty...but for roughly $3 a cookie looks just aren't going to cut it. Other people were coming in for drinks so maybe it's worth it to give those a try. I'm a pretty firm believer in fool me once though- so visiting this place again seems unlikely for us.
