The menu, however, has changed. The Trinity Nachos were swapped with Dahlia Nachos, which I tried this afternoon. The new nachos that were served were quite a downgrade from what we have been used to. The nachos were piled with taco meat (ground beef) which really tanked the quality of the rest of the ingredients--which were high quality, but overpowered by the greasy taco meat. I think chicken would have done wonders here. I understand that the Trinity Nachos were at a very good price point, so perhaps they were not as lucrative, but I would happily pay more for what the Trinity Nachos were--the best nacho in Sioux Falls.
