I settled on a pedicure and spa manicure. I was handed color swatches and couldn't get what I picked because I wasn't doing gel. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.

I spoke up multiple times to remind the of my appointment, but they kept saying they would see me soon. I saw one person who came after me get their service completed before mine. The nail tech who saw me, took me on as a client for the day cos it turns out they just told me to come but didn't have anyone to actually do my nails. She took my on and while I was grateful for that, her work was bad. All I wanted was a french tip, and I truly have no idea how hey are unable to accomplish that. It really blows my mind. I tried to have her fix my nails multiple times during the appointment, but it looked like she was doing the best she could do. The nail tech did only charge for the getting a new acrylic set and didn't charge me for the soak off of my previous set and for the deisgn because of the inconvenience, which was nice. I will never go back to this place again, save your time, money and energy and your nail beds, and find some other place for you next set.

Both times I went, Katie did my nails. And both times other technicians have had to come over and fix her work. You should not have a nail technician working that does not know how to do nails. No one wants to spend their hard earned money or time on a horrible product/outcome.

The salon is clean and spacious. The day I went I enjoyed the manicure I received and pedicure. The pedicure by Tammy was phenomenal. My nail polish would not compromise and Tammy tried everything to make sure my nails looked good before she wrapped up. I would have given this experience a 5 I'd it we're not for 2 things. 1.) for natural nails techniques should err on the side of gentleness as to avoid weakening the nails, 2.) the owner talked non stop about politics and everything on his mind; for me this is a time to fully relax and I found it disturbing to hear talking loudly the entire time.
