One of the worst nail salons I've been misfortunate enough to attend. I made an appointment at 1pm and was not seen until around 2:00. I spoke up multiple times to remind the of my appointment, but they kept saying they would see me soon. I saw one person who came after me get their service completed before mine. The nail tech who saw me, took me on as a client for the day cos it turns out they just told me to come but didn't have anyone to actually do my nails. She took my on and while I was grateful for that, her work was bad. All I wanted was a french tip, and I truly have no idea how hey are unable to accomplish that. It really blows my mind. I tried to have her fix my nails multiple times during the appointment, but it looked like she was doing the best she could do. The nail tech did only charge for the getting a new acrylic set and didn't charge me for the soak off of my previous set and for the deisgn because of the inconvenience, which was nice. I will never go back to this place again, save your time, money and energy and your nail beds, and find some other place for you next set. read more

Thought I found a new nail salon I would like but Staff Tiffani was very rude and condescending very hostile tone and demeaning. When I came in she was "paying her bills" with checkbook / bank information out I sat at another chair for HER privacy and she raised her voice and told me to sit in her chair. With all her private information out I sat at her desk and waited a few minutes for her to gather her personal items. She then started scolding me about the previous persons gel nail work. ** I obviously was coming to have them re-done I don't care about how she didn't like the previous person nails. ** I greeted her again and asked her name to remind Tiffani I was a first time customer ........ She is rude and if I let her she would have happily ruined my day. Zero stars **** Tiffany also demanded a tip I said "ok add 5 dollars" she said 5?!? Pros: - Friendly and personable staff - Super cheap - Get to pick out what salts you want to use for your pedicure (never saw that before) - Layla does an AMAZING job with eyebrows and is very detail-oriented - TONS of color choices for gel and regular nail polishes Cons: - Nothing special when it comes to my nails - I thought the whole process was a bit fast compared to other salons - it was missing the "spa" aspect (at least with the person who did my nails). However, my nails look good, so I guess I can't complain too much. - **Edit: My nails lasted about 3 days before they ALL started peeling off... Tried this place for a few months and was good. One set of nails started turning brown on the tips after a week and after calling about the issue to try and get new polish or repaint (for at least a lesser price) the woman who runs the salon said it was not her problem and that happens to the nails with the color I got. I was told I would have to come in and buy a whole new set. The polish obviously was old and she knew that the color or would turn yet still let me get the color without any warning. Thought that was just not the best way to handle customer service. There are just as good other salons in the area. read more

I stopped at this nail salon just to try them out. The people were nice. They try to make you pay in cash and you have to be over $15 in order to use your card. I took my 4 year old daughter with me. I got my eyebrows done, hands and feet done, nothing special just regular polish on my toes and gel on my hands (natural nails). My daughter got her hands and toes polished. Everything cost me $82 not counting tip. Not even a full week getting my nails done at this place my polish started chipping. I will never go to this place again. I will be going back to my original Salon I have been going to for some time now. My suggestion is to find another place that will not charge you a crazy amount of money and don't use cheap/old polish on there customers! read more

The salon is very clean and the staff is friendly and personable. However, that was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I am on my feet often and get calluses on my soles and rough skin around my heels. Typically after a pedicure my feet are very soft. While my polish looks great the bottoms of my feet aren't soft. If it wasn't for the polish you couldn't tell I just had a pedicure a few hours ago. read more

I've been going to Luxe Nails for over a year now. The salon is clean and beautiful. The staff is friendly and talented. Every time I go back for a refill Tiffany and Howie have made upgrades or have the newest colors and chrome, which i love. My gel set always lasts even when it takes me a month to get back for a refill. I recommend Luxe Nails to everyone read more

I LOVE this place! People are friendly & quick to assist as soon as you come in! There's tons of options to choose from, they're up to date on the most current trends. If you like your nails done a certain way/shape they will do, just tell them. I get Gel & can honestly go 3 1/2 weeks w/out needing to come back!!!! Been going to this nail salon for a year and was content with them due to them being so close to my home. I went today and never again. My pedicure lasted 15 mins! Ridiculous. Rushed job. The top of the cake is the lady cut my nail too deep and making me bleed but not even telling me just kept trying to hide it with some type of liquid. Nail polish job was not so bad but overall experience ruined it. Sign said with ANY service pedicure is $18, got to register and lady said no that with a manicure like are you serious? Never again. THIS WAS THE RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER MET! They are so unprofessional. My girlfriend went here to get her nails done. The lady was texting the whole time and never picked up her head when she first went to her. She put the cuticles into the water which her other hand was soaking in which was disgusting. Then she went back on her phone and told her to go wash her hands and snapped at her when she couldn't find the sink.
