This is our go to spot, the prices can't be beat for gel. I have experienced both Q and Tracy, both are very friendly and pretty good at what they do. Only reason I gave 4 stars over 5 is because they are the only two who can do almost everything they offer the others are limited on what they can do, so if those two are busy there can be quite a long wait. Also they have a limited selection of gel colors. But a gel polish is only $15, with design $3 more, and they do a really good job, worth coming back. read more

Atmosphere is good, nice music playing. However, I've been now twice once for a gel mani / pedi and once just for gel manicure. I have been disappointed both times, while the pricing is very fair the nail techs i've had are NOT IT! ive expressed myself multiple times, and still have left disappointed and not having it the way i like or want it. Ladies PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE ! Horrible customer service. Horrible quality nails. Nails break off and lift after 1 week. Expensive bad quality. Don't waste your time and money. Diamonds fall off after 2 days because they dont do top coat. Nails crooked . shaped lumpy. AND to make things worse .. I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED SQUARE NAILS . After being in Quarantine for soooo long I was so happy to get out and pamper myself. Due to my original nail shop being closed, I polished my toes black until everything re-open. However, my nail salon is still close, so i decided to try a new place since it was close by. I called LA NAILS to see if they were open & they said Yes. As shown in the pic, she cut middle nail too low & you can still see the the black residue from the black polish before. When i mentioned it to the woman, she laughed, said sorry & just applied an extra coat to shut me up. She then continued talking crap in chinese. My 3 sisters and I will never return back!!!! Just terrible. Looked like my Niece did it. AND TO ADD: Another client came in to get a full set & in 5 min, the client walked out upset. I should've walked out with her too... smh. read more

The best nail salon I've been to thus far in my life. All the employees are family and you always feel like you're a part of it while you're there. Friendly staff, and very efficient nail techs I was an avid "do my nails myself girl" most of my life..but after seeing my friend's nails, time after time, and the amazing designs they were getting, I went in as soon as I was able to...and I haven't looked back! My nails have never been healthier or stronger in my life. Not only do you get great service but it's not ridiculously over priced to be pampered like a princess! I Was searching for a place to be open as early as they are on thanksgiving so I thought I was in luck . When I arrived I expected a little wait but it wasn't too bad , I came in for dip removal and gel manicure . The minute the nail tech who tended to me sat down I already felt like I should leave . It seemed like one of her regulars showed up they were chatting it up and wasn't paying attention while drilling my nails . She was very rough and it felt like my nails were on fire and I let her know immediately. She proceeded to drill my nails and then SOAK them in a bowl of acetone, this was terrible I'm used to individual cotton/foil on each finger . The reason I'm so annoyed with this is because she would drill,soak,drill,soak,drill soak. I've never had that happen and I've been to many different nail salons. So now my nails are extremely thin , uneven, bumpy. I even asked another girl there who said it was her first time if she's ever had this done. She even claimed her experience was already terrible at that moment but that she was desperate to get her nails done . They also DO NOT sterilize their instruments they shove them in a raggedy sterilization pouch that's already open and sprays them down with alcohol . They also didn't have the color I wanted so I just said don't worry I'll get a classic manicure no polish and be on my way . Definitely never coming back . read more

I came here today after being referred by a friend and I am so so so SO glad I did. Jen did my nails and toes & I could not have been happier. She's an absolute sweetheart and as I'm usually a "headphones in" type of girl, she was so much fun to talk to and I didn't even reach for my headphones lol. I got an old SNS set removed and gel mani. Jen gave me her recommendation on what I should, and although she specializes on artificial nails, she recommended that if I want healthier nails, obviously plain polish or gel polish is the best. I asked for a French & she did the best French tips I've ever gotten on my hands & toes. Her work is so neat and meticulous. And the best part is that it's extremely reasonably priced! Although it's too early to tell about lifting and peeling, I've officially converted over to LA salon!! read more

I absolutely LOOOOVE L.A Nails!!!! I have been going to them since 2008 and they always do a great job! I love the atmosphere, the customer service, but most of all the quality of their work. My nails usually last up to 3 weeks because the quality of their products are amazing. I have recommended so many friends and they fall in love as well, I even has some that drive all the way from Kendall because their work is definitely worth the drive. I love Jenn, Ju Ju, I honestly love all of them because they all do a kick ass job and for a price that no one can beat!! The older man that did my nails was not nice. He wasn't gentle and every time I asked him to fix something for my preference he mumbled something under his breath or said "it won't look good". When he did finally change it there was such a minor difference that I had to keep asking him to change it. The polish was also very watered down. Three coats on my nails was still streaky, and I got a huff from the man when I asked him to go over it again. I don't think I'm ever getting acrylics done again let alone at this place. read more

Called ahead asking if they had a nail tech there who could do nail art. He replied yes and told me to come in after 5pm which I did. I drove 45mins to LA nails. When I got there I was informed that her nail tech couldn't provide me with anything but some simple acrylic nails that can only be the squares. No nail art, no designs,nothing. Very disappointed.
