His name is Mason and you can easily contact him if you have a question or query. Mason is always going the extra mile to give his customers the newest things on the horizon, whether they are UV/Red Light/Spray Tanning related or not. For a while he had things to make my teeth look nice and whiter. Heck I've even bought cool Vintage Clothes for my girlfriend there. The things he sells in his front area are always way more reasonable than if you got them at a specialty shop further down Melrose Ave, too. Melrose Tanning Co is clean. The bulbs are fresh. The employees are always cool and relaxed. And the prices are highly reasonable. They're dog friendly, and kid friendly too. It's just a really nice local business that one hopes will last forever. I purchase a tanning package and was told they don't expire. The new ownership decided to change this policy and not notify customers. I asked for proof of an email or text stating the policy change but they could not provide me with one ...fishy. If I had a new business I would not discard someone's pre purchased package. Clearly this business won't last. Please don't book or support them!
