I had an incredibly painful shoulder and the staff worked to fit me in to Dr Milstein's busy schedule ASAP ! The Commons office is a very comfortable and inviting space--no hideous straight back chairs lined up in a windowless lobby ! A spacious area with various seating areas and a pleasant front desk staff. Dr Milstein himself is friendly, professional and direct. I have much confidence in his medical assessment and protocol for my very painful shoulder. After years with Kerlan Jobe (now Cedars) the circuitous phone messages to reach a human, the exorbitant wait times to actually see a Dr, the rushed brief visit once an appointment is secured with a doctor, Dr Milstein and his practice are a breath of fresh air !!! Also, very easy parking 100 out of 100 overall score ! P.S. I was even more impressed when the patient prior to me was a world renowned Doctor.

It seems that his scheduler (not a physician) provides him with information that he relies on without verification. In one case, his assistant (Marianne) told me that my MRI only showed arthritis when, in fact, it showed significant injuries from a recent fall. When I attempted to discuss it further her comment was, "I'm not going to argue with you." Both physicians that I saw for second opinions did not think that replacements were indicated at this time. I'm so glad that I did not move forward with this practice.

I am stronger and have been able to perform well in tournaments at the highest level. I really can't express in words now much I have benefitted from his expertise and knowledge. He is a professional in every sense and his crew have been amazingly helpful and accommodating to me with their time and with my schedule. As a PGA Professional, I understand how much it means to serve others. Dave and his team exemplify service and I would encourage anyone who has physical ailments to see them. You will not be disappointed. One final point. Dave is always looking to improve - whether it be his staff, the facility or increasing his personal knowledge. That's something you don't always see with someone as successful as he has been. Please take my advice from one who does not post very often, but in this case, I feel compelled to share. Go see Dave!

I can't recommend Michael at Fabrizio Physical Therapy enough…read more I came in after dealing with a torn rotator cuff and honestly felt like I had tried just about everything -- different exercises, Rolfing, ShoulderReliever.com, and anything else I could find -- with little to no lasting improvement. I was close to giving up and accepting that my shoulder might never feel normal again. Then I started working with Michael. From the beginning, he had an excellent bedside manner, really listened, and approached the process with a "never quit" attitude. He was patient, thoughtful, and consistent, and he adjusted the work as I progressed instead of just giving me a generic routine. That made a huge difference. What stood out most was that Michael genuinely cared about getting me back to normal. He pushed when I needed it, explained what we were doing, and helped me stay committed even when progress felt slow. I don't think I would have recovered the way I did without him. I'll honestly miss working with him. Great therapist, great person, and a great experience overall. I highly recommend Michael and Fabrizio Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with a shoulder injury or looking for a physical therapist who truly pays attention and sticks with you.

Kristina and Vanessa sent forms and prepared ahead of time. The extra 2nd star is for the office staff. I filled out probably 7-8 detailed forms and had to wait 1.5 months to see Dr. Schechter. The day before my appointment I was notified for MBS (mind body syndrome) / TMS patients there's an extra $130 or 150 (I forget exactly the price) you have to pay out of pocket that's NOT covered by insurance. During the zoom appointment Dr. Schechter was 20 minutes late. He didn't review any of my files and just started reading them right there. Prior to our appointment I was really excited to finally get his diagnosis. I had sent a very organized 100 word summary of my conditions and what's I've tried so far.... and that wasn't read either. During our call, he cut me off several times and ask questions that I had been asked 100 times already by other practitioners, questions that easily would have been answered if he read my summary or any of his forms that his office had asked me to fill out. Towards the end of the call about 10 min prior to our 1 hour time, he was rushing to leave while I still had a lot of questions. Interesting considering he was 20 min late. I learned 0%. Nothing new. It was disappointing, being in pain for so long, hoping someone can help you. After this I sought other methods of help and the Mind body stuff really didn't resonate with me anymore. I still believe in Dr John Sarno's work. There are other mind body doctors that do well but they are out of state (CA). If you're reading this now, I wish you luck in your search. I'm using a pen name but I'm a real patient and this is an honest review. (see attached image) GL!

I absolutely love everything about this facility - from Dr. Walker Ozar and the front desk staff to Julianne, Jay, and the PT team. Everyone is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping their patients feel and function better. The facility is beautiful and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and treatment techniques. Over the years, I've done everything from Pilates and Gyrotonic to acupuncture, cupping, chiropractic and physical therapy. The only thing left on my list is to get in there for red light therapy! I would highly recommend OWH to anyone and have personally referred many people here over the years. I'm so grateful to have found such an incredible team.

My first problem is that this place profits off of selling wellness, everything about it feels…read moredesigned to sell you more sessions, more "treatments," more add-ons, instead of actually listening and helping you heal. Another problem is the owner, Dr. Ozar, who was quite unpleasant in my few interactions. When treatments don't feel right or work, his response is always that "you're not putting in the work", and it's incredibly discouraging to hear as a patient. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility or even reassessing the treatment plan, he shifts all the blame onto me! the person who is paying him hundreds of dollars. Dr. Ozar barely spends any time with patients -15 mins max, he'll pop in, give generic feedback, suggest you spend some more money, and move on. If they're running behind (which happens often), you can be left sitting in a cold room for up to 30 minutes. Sometimes they'll put you on electrical stimulation during that wait and yes, you're billed for it - I saw it in the codes from my insurance. It feels like they'll charge for anything they can. Now to the office side of things: billing is confusing and full of surprise charges. Itemized receipts are hard to get, and follow-up questions via email are often ignored. Communication about both care and billing is slow and inconsistent, leaving you constantly chasing down information and waiting for email replies. The staff behind the desk is lovely but clearly don't know what's going on with the billing - which is sketchy. I'm posting this anonymously because I've seen how harshly this business responds to negative reviews. And what really shocked me was how rude and defensive Dr. Ozar is in response to feedback. You can see it for yourself - just look at how he replies to other negative reviews. Instead of taking criticism with professionalism, he argues with patients, accuses them of lying, and writes condescending replies that make him look petty and unkind. If you decide to go, protect yourself. Get those superbills, double-check every charge, and keep every email you get. Ask questions and don't be afraid to push back. You deserve to feel cared for, not sold to. My statements are 100% accurate and reflect my true experience. I have nothing to gain by writing a false account of my experience.
