The weight staff was very attentive, and the bartender can really make a rockin' Margarita! The decor is very high-end in this town. There are clean, beautiful lines, a decorative lit up tree, modern art on the wall. I had a perfectly cooked medium rare ribeye with potatoes, onions and mushroom. It was delicious and tender. My wife had baked salmon over saffron and lime rice. Also delicious. Star appetizer was the flatbread with goat cheese. It was outstanding. Our waiter, Orlando, was attentive and spoke fluent English, in addition to Spanish. We have been in San Carlos for four days now and have eaten essentially every meal out. This was by far the best place we've been. At the end of the meal, they were asking if we wanted dessert. I asked if they had cake because it was my wife's birthday.
