Just a mall. A mall. Nothing fancy. At least it's up two stars from where it used to be. Macy's is meh, Dillard's is meh. Just a mall nothing special. Better than the Sunrise mall eye sore across the street. But again it's just a mall. At least there is a mall in this wretched town. read more

I happen to really like the Macy's at this mall. It is small compared to most, but it is always organized and clean!! I can park close to the doors and I try to go during the weekdays when it isn't as busy. I was surprised how much I like shopping here because we definitely do not have a shortage of malls in San Antonio. I like the convenience of getting in and out!! read more

Great Mall. Variety of shops, friendly people, especially the young man from SA working at the center selling cleaning supplies. Love PF Chang and Guirlmadis (sp). read more

This mall is good for the area. There are a good mix of stores and it's a great place to walk around on hot Texas days. There is a decent food court and a small playground to take your kids so they can let out energy. read more

I lived on Padre Island for 5 years back in the 90's. The mall was a dump then and needed a renovation. Well they did a renovation about ten years ago and what a change. Two thumbs up. For a Corpus Christi mall, its ok. read more

Went there yesterday it was good first time in a long time went to Corpus Christi eaten at longhorn steakhouse it was good bought a game and shopped also it was huge but I wish they add a little bit of more u know like buckle good foot locker also good after all that we left and went to Laredo back wish I could do it again :) read more

I used to love going to this mall before the renovations were made (back when it was Padre Staples Mall). They used to have a great number of interesting little shops like Objects D' Art (to name one), music & book stores. Now it is all clothing shops - where all the clothing happens to be extremely expensive! You can't even find a tank top for under at least $27.00 (not including tax). This mall has become very mainstream, and quite boring - since all of the clothing shops seem to have the same styles (and prices). Not to mention, many of the shops (like Forever 21 & Papaya) have expensive clothes that fall apart after like 2 or 3 wears. Also, I resent the fact that the Build a Bear Workshop is right by the kid's play place - when I take my niece up there to play, I can either expect to pay an arm and a leg for a dumb bear, or have a pouting kid the rest of the day (I wouldn't blame here if I were her age and saw all the kids going in and out and I didn't get to go!). REALLY MISS THE OLD MALL.....it was wonderful. It's so sad that the carousel is no longer there. The kids just LOVED LOVED LOVED it!!!!!!!!!

I like the mall itself, and feel it is a nice enough place to shop; HOWEVER, I do feel they have gone over the top with the valet parking. Not only have they taken something that SHOULD BE public parking and charged for it, but they have even EXPANDED it for the holiday season! When I inadvertently parked in the valet parking (since it changes from one day to the next apparently!), one of the valet's actually parked a car BEHIND mine so I could not leave!!! I had to track down this one valet to get him to move the car. When he attempted to make me pay for the valet parking, I told him I parked where I ALWAYS park (which is true), and he told me the valet parking changes on the weekends. Now, how desperate must the mall "owners" be to have to close off public parking to make MORE money on the weekends and holidays ESPECIALLY when we are all so squeezed for money in the first place?? This is coming from an unemployed, single parent who is looking for work, by the way. I pray they think very carefully about how they are charging people for something that should be FREE! I don't begrudge them their valet parking, and I'm sure it is very convenient for those who can afford it; but PLEASE don't keep changing the areas you choose to "cut off" from those of us who CANNOT afford it! read more

Pretty good but just an average mall

considering the fact that this is the only mall i'm corpus i'm kinda forced to like it, i mean it ain't no mall of america but it'll do :)
