Laura at la Petite Jaune Fleur took care of all our wedding needs. She took care of everything - from ordering a tent, tables and chairs, tablecloths and centrepieces. Laura handled everything including the clean up!!!!! But most of all Laura took also took care of our flowers. She made the most. beautiful bouquets using many of my most favorite flowers. Zero stars. This company had a booth at the bridal gala this past February. The woman with the shaved head was extremely unprofessional and mean. My experience: I stopped by their booth when I spotted an arrangement that featured a flower I wanted to use. I lightly touched it as I asked her what type of flower it was. Her response? "Yeah.. I'm gonna have to ask you NOT to touch the flowers or you'll bruise them!" She jumped right to being rude and then didn't even bother to answer my question. I quickly apologized and asked again what the flower was. She sighed, giving me a look like I was stupid and finally answered me. She then asked if I had anyone doing my arrangements yet. I said no, I don't have much money, so I'll probably do them myself. She asked if I had any experience. I also said no. She then snorted/scoffed and said "WELL, good luck with THAT! It's NOT as easy as it looks missy" I was too shocked at her rude and sarcastic tone to reply. I just walked away. I could hear her muttering behind me as I left. And a friend of mine recently went to her shop to look at arrangements and said they were there for an hour, 40min of which, the same woman just stood there bashing every other florist in town. I honestly hope these experiences help in any brides future endeavors. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company. -SD read more

Laura was amazing to deal with, she worked with whatever budget I gave her and brought my vision to life, my bouquet was STUNNING, and my Center pieces were beautifully done and matched my "theme" perfectly! a friend in the states sent me flowers for my bday and the bouquet i received was so pretty! it was a rainbow with each flower being a different colour but so very tasteful. they came early enough in the day that i could enjoy them at my desk (and the looks of others that passed my office) all day! the gerbers had the support tubes and just enough greenery to not take away from the beauty of the arrangement. someone from the shop called me to verify that i received them and that they were acceptable - they couldn't have arrived at a better time! thank you LPJF!! read more

Nice selection and clearly aimed at weddings. The proprietor could have been a little more cheerful when we first arrived. The flowers we were looking for turned out to be really good and our helper warmed up to us over time. These were for the holidays and the recipient was very happy to get them. Except for the music being a bit loud we managed to find what we needed and left happy. If you are looking for something casual and spontaneous they can be just what you are looking for and if you need help with planning a wedding they might be the place to check out. read more

Ordered the General Spring Blush online, which was supposed to have lilac coloured flowers. The arrangement that was sent was red and white a Christmas arrangement. Not appropriate for funeral flowers. The shop made the excuse they only had red on hand. They did not contact me to ask for an alternative colour choice. I had even upgraded the arrangement. The shop made no attempt to correct their errors or take any responsibility, always manipulating their answers to blame the customer. Horrible customer service. read more
