I tried their pupusas couple times already and they always keep the consistency. Very good spot when you're in a hurry

The concept of having Korean food cooked in a robotic food truck is interesting to me. Since the food was catered, unfortunately I was unable to see the robots cooking in action, but fortunately was able to taste the final products. I was able to try the Wagyu galbi (short ribs), dak galbi (marinated chicken), Seoul food bowl (stir-fried pork belly and shrimp), and japchae, served with their corn salad, kimchi, and white rice. The Wagyu galbi was very flavorful with a good amount of vegetables; though I enjoyed the inclusion of lotus root, the veggies seemed like borderline filler to skimp out on meat. The dak galbi was also flavorful though spicy, and again the inclusion of rice cakes seemed like filler. The pork belly and shrimp were delicious, and I liked that the pieces of pork belly I had didn't have an overpowering amount of fat. The japchae was pretty standard and was nice to balance out the meat. I enjoyed the corn salad because it added a creamy component to my meal. The kimchi got lost in the mixture of food in my bowl and the rice was cooked perfectly by the robot. Overall, I enjoyed the food prepared by OLHSO Truck. Unfortunately, since the food was catered and already prepared when I arrived, I cannot comment on the service or wait times provided by the staff. I would consider ordering food from the truck if I am craving Korean fusion type of food and am too lazy to dine in at a local Korean restaurant. If the food from the truck is a good representation of the restaurant in downtown San Mateo, I am more inclined to try the restaurant for a nice sit down dining experience.

It also said to check their Instagram for their schedule. Checked the Insta and the pinned post says it would be open for business today, Aug 8, from 11am - 2pm for zip codes 94403-94404 (which we live in). Tried again at 11:40am in case they're just behind schedule but still didn't work. Too bad as we have dined several times at their restaurant and love their food and service there. Hope they get their schedules worked out soon! Would not recommend depending on this as your lunch.

The wait for the food isn't very long at all! I've gone twice now and haven't been disappointed. The smell of the al pastor being cooked on a spit and sliced right next to the line is amazing. Enough to lure you in a couple blocks away. I've gotten the Quesadilla Hawaiana and al pastor tacos so far. The flavor of the al pastor is very smoky and savory, which pairs well with the sweet pineapple that comes with it! I think the sweetness and savoriness has a close to perfect balance. I was very satisfied with the amount of meat they put on both the quesadilla and taco. I also got half horchata and half fresa which was bomb! They also have a self serve salsa + veggie garnishes that includes bags and salsa contrainers for to-go. It included 2 different salsa verdes (which I believe they might've been a raw and roasted tomatillo salsa), salsa roja, and a spicy (maybe habanero) salsa. Plenty of veggies to pack as well, like cucumber, pickled veggies, lime, and onion & cilantro. There's a few outdoor tables with seating next to the salsa bar aswell. Will be one of my go-to places for mexican food now.

For the Americans, it's like a deluxe tostada. It has a huge fried tortilla bread thing with refried beans (but it looked like cornbeef hash) topped with lettuce, cheese, salsa, and meat. I had no idea how to eat it, so I just ripped it and ate it one small, dainty, messy piece at a time. "If it isn't all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face". I'm definitely ordering that again...but I still have more items to try! Usually with restaurants, I'll find one thing and that's what I'll order, but with this food truck, I'm kind of interested to see what I'm going to get. I love that they add some fresh cucumber slices which is refreshing and helps add to the meal...it's kind of acting like white rice to help balance the flavors. Churro was still good. I liked the caramel...but it's already sugary and cinnamony without. I also wanted to add it was a hot day and I forgot to bring water for my dog, and the cashier gave me a bottle of water and bowl. I appreciated very much (and my dog is too!). I saw some customers parking behind the truck. There's also a parking lot and grassy area that actually belongs to some other property nearby. But there is also a public area if you walk towards the water, where you can sit by the Bayshore trail (not the park with benches - I think that's private property). I'd recommend stopping by on your way to Target/Bridgepoint or 92 East.

I ordered two steak and one chicken taco and they were both delicious. The ingredients are super fresh and the quality of the meat is amazing. I love the smoky, robust flavor, and I really appreciate how generous they are with the portions. One lime per taco (which I love), and the salsa just brings everything together perfectly. Definitely coming back to try their burrito!

I ordered the kabuli pulao and a Coke for pickup through DoorDash, planning a tidy lunch to enjoy near the bay once I got off work. When I arrived at the food truck, the gentleman working there unfortunately informed me that the items I had just ordered were sold out. He kindly suggested an alternative of tikka kabob, which I gladly accepted. The tikka kabob was tasty and well-seasoned, delivering a satisfying depth of flavor with each bite. The rice was fragrant with softly shredded carrots and raisins, adding subtle sweetness and texture that complemented the smoky kabob nicely. A generous addition on top of my order were complimentary Watani fries, drizzled with a sauce reminiscent of a tangy chimichurri. The food truck itself sits in the same lot as the mosque in Burlingame, which is a convenient spot to park. It's also just a couple of blocks away from the bay shore as well, making the entire experience easy to fit into a pleasant outing for lunch by the water: While I initially sought kabuli pulao, the recommended tikka kabob turned out to be a great alternative. The flavors were strong, the rice provided a nice counterpoint, and the chimichurri-like sauce on the fries was a standout touch. Service was friendly and kind. Definitely open to trying the original kabuli pulao on a future trip, but I'd gladly rely on the team's thoughtful substitutions again. Overall, this place was lovely and definitely will return again.

Generous with well-seasoned meat, fresh onions, cilantro, and served with cucumber slices, lime, and salsa on the side. The flavor hit the mark. It was fast and convenient. However, the experience really highlights the classic food truck trade-offs when comparing trucks to brick-and-mortar sit-down places. At $4.39 per taco out the door, the prices align closely with what you would pay at a full sit-down restaurant. While you get convenience here, you don't get the amenities (seating, climate control, water, restrooms, or a table) that come with a physical restaurant at similar price points. While ordering is quick and easy, there is nowhere to sit down and enjoy your food, nor is there a sink or restroom to wash your hands before or after eating. If you are looking for a quick, good taco to grab on the go, this works. Just bring wet wipes, plan to eat in your car or somewhere else. For those reasons, I prefer a brick and mortar, especially when the food cost the same, but I needed a fix and this was a good alternative.

Not terrible pricing. Suadero taco 2/5 The suadero was slight dry and not that tender but still had ok flavor. Wouldn't get it again. Al pastor 3.5/5 Pretty decently flavored Al pastor. I wish there was a bit more char and that the pineapple was grilled. But I'd get it again. Carne asada burrito 4/5 Solid burrito. Carne asada was def my favorite meat. Juicy and tasty. The burrito had all the usual fixings and I devoured it. Of note, the green salsa has a kick so not as mild as tomatillo usually is.
