    I'll let the pics speak for themselves. I think the initial colorist (inbox me for name if desired) meant well but just didn't have the skillset and tenacity or motivation for the job. Bit off more than she wanted to chew? The salon manager (name if desire) was easy to deal with empathetic understanding and very service and solution oriented. First solution option was a consult with the color educator in traiing. Didn't feel the confidence with his solution consult. Wasn't offered a consult with owner/stylist (not sure why). Wasn't comfortable proceeding. Decided to shift focus from MY hair (I got it corrected elsewhere) to the botched halo. The other (front desk?) manager (Jessica) who was delegated to communicate the solution to me (refund thank god) when I asked what I could have done to garner a better outcome told me that I should have had my hair colored first (it was), that the $350 (100% markup) HaloCoiture Remy hair shouldn't have been colored in the first place (your salon did it, not me, it and jacked it up twice) and more or less that my hair color now IRL didn't match the picture I showed them lol. That was it for me. Here I am.

    Definitely the ultimate hair salon to go to- Mae is by far the best! She can fix any mess!

I book the services online, usually a couples massage with my husband. Customer service calls a few days before the appointment and are very friendly and professional. I like to go early and get a run in before unwinding in the saunas. Then, a glass of champagne in the quiet room to continue relaxing before my massage. The massage therapist are great!!! With my treatment, I choose an aromatherapy designed to stimulate the chakras and they use warm weighted neck pillows to help soften the muscle tension in addition to light pressure techniques. Booking can be tricky so be sure to book early to ensure the day/time you want is available. From start to finish, our service was great! With the day spa, you have access to the gym amenities, a sauna, steam room, and the showers. There are lockers in the locker rooms to retrieve your robe/sandals and to lock up your personal belongings. Both the massage itself and the amenities were great. I'm always a fan when I book a treatment at this spa! I'll definitely be back!

I recently just got my hair done by Rae who did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job!! I have naturally dark hair that i bounce back and forth between dark and light. Every hairstylist who has colored my hair dark has made it black, but Rae was so receptive to what I desired and I ended up with the most beautiful color I've ever had. She was so kind, took her time, and made sure she was going to create what I desired. My hair has never looked or felt so good!! On the esthetics side, I've been getting my eyebrows done by Jamie for the longest time and she's absolutely wonderful. I am not sure why you think you have to step over the gate because they slide open. Everyone just slides it open & walks through. I know that Annie does not step over them because she jokes she is too short to. Seeing that she is your service provider now I am assuming that she is opening it for you as she escorts you back to the treatment room. If this not the case, I will certainly bring it to her attention but I feel confidently that she is opening the gate. We have gates to contain the puppy while she is going through her training to become a service dog. If the dog & the gates are a problem for you, I completely understand if you choose to have your services performed elsewhere. I want everyone that enters the spa to have the most enjoyable experience possible & clearly this is a problem for you. We've all heard about your experience over being chosen to get this prize dog, but I wouldn't say that there is a whole lot of training for your dog to become a "service dog" going on at your salon. Maybe all of this training goes on in the teepee.
