Food was hot and delicious, my usual order is always a Mozza Burger combo with poutine and root beer. Soo good! I decided to drive to a nearby park to enjoy my meal on a beautiful day! It goes without saying, this location is located in the French speaking area of Trois Rivières, they do not speak English but are patient enough to help you figure out your order in French.

It's self serve to some degree where your order is called and you can pick it up yourself. Staff were knowledgeable and recommended the spicy poutine for us. Lots of seating so we grabbed a comfy booth to eat our poutine. Servings were pretty large and came with plenty of gravy (even under layers of fries there was more gravy). The cheese was rubbery and not necessarily addicting as someone else noted. Was a saucy fries action. I think I'd like to try a different flavor in the future.
