First time I've had their lobster bisque and it will be the last time. This is more like a lobster soup. It has so many chunks of celery in it and I've never had a bisque with large celery chunks before it wasn't bad tasting necessarily, but when you're thinking you're about to eat some bisque and it taste like this it's quite disappointing. I don't think they use Sherry in this particular bisque.
