So disappointed. With a name like "Jersey" Mike's my expectations were high but weren't fulfilled. It's great that the meat is sliced to order but the quality of meat is subpar. I had a ham, salami and provolone sub but I guess I was expecting a hoagie. The sub I ordered is actually called Stickball Special which isn't on the menu board, I recalled seeing it listed on line, but not in the store. I asked for it and they made it. Not only do the meats lack flavor but the bread used is like that of a loaf of French bread you'd buy at Walmart. I never tried Jersey Mikes when living in PA as there weren't any close by. Got a turkey n provolone with all veggies, and the veggies were soggy and gross asf. I worked at a jersey mikes in largo, and we replaced our veggies religiously every 2 hours. I thought that was the standard lol, i was proven wrong. I have heard & read good & fair reviews for this chain. I am on the eternal search for the best Philly cheesesteak, which is what led me to this chin submarine sandwich shop. Where to start? The staff was rude, disinterested & did not care about the customers. I was not offered the option of whole wheat bread. The location was cluttered. The piece of hoagie roll, the associate was holding was supposed to be 6" & if it was a scotch over 4", that was a stretch! The prices for 1/2 subs were $6-10 & the prices for a whole one was $15 & up. Folks this is a hoagie, a sub sandwich. I don't know about you, but it would have to have truffles & importedvprime meat for me to pay that price. Personally I was amazed & appalled by this chain charging the price of a decent meal for a bit of bread & toppings. I love subs & can go to one that specializes in Philly cheesesteaks, knowing I will get a nice full sub full of steak greatest. I realize the chain is very popular & of course to each their own, nut I will not be paying those high prices for a sandwich, just my humble opinion, we all splurge on what it is we desire. I had heard of Jersey Mike's before from several people, but never had the desire to travel quite so far to get to one of their franchises. When one opened up a short distance away, I jumped on the opportunity. Day one was alright. A man who I believe to be the manager was greeting customers and taking their orders while the employees prepared everything. I got a philly cheesesteak, which ended up being rather disappointing. It offered very little in terms of flavor, but it was filling. Not wanting to judge too harshly by the first visit, I went back the next day with a relative. The difference in service was staggering. The employees working near the grill were the ones taking orders and completely skipped over us while the line kept moving. After debating on whether or not to simply walk out, we ended up going to the back of the line to try again. We placed our orders, practically having to yell over the combined noise of the televisions, music, and employee chatter, and paid for our food. When we were handed the bag, my sub was missing, and it took several attempts to get someone to focus long enough to correct the issue (it was challenging to even get them to make eye contact). The sandwich ended up being even less impressive than the first one. Taking a breaded chicken breast, slapping it on a roll, and drowning it in tomato sauce doesn't make for a good chicken parm sub. Ok I'm not sure what other's are saying... But we ordered Lunch from here today at this new location. Lets say it put the other one we tried in Trinity to shame. Bread was fresh, ingredients fresh, restaurant clean and very fast and friendly staff. The subs were huge and very nicely made. My husband got the Buffalo Chicken sub with tomato. Chicken was juicy and tender. Tomatos very fresh. Buffalo sauce was dynamite and tangy. I ordered the Original Jersey Shore Favorite. Wow! Ham, Cappicolo and Cheese. Lettuce, onion, tomato and i got it Mike's Way with Oil and Vinegar. As a Jersey Girl I gotta say....FINALLY!!! A hometown taste! Makes me wanna go home. Great bucks spent here. Great job guys!!! My dad got it Mike's way( lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, and spices) plus extra mayo. My mom got it Mike's way minus onions and she also added extra mayo. I got it with light lettuce, tomato, onion, spices, extra mayo, light pickles, and light vinegar. Minus the bacon and oil. We will definitely go back. read more

Not recommended! They always get the orders wrong every time and very slow. I walked in the other day and saw all the guys working and the girls were in the back talking while it was lunch rush!
