I had recently purchased a diamond halo ring from another retailer. I came to John Pierre to get a second opinion and to inquire about sizing . They told me that I had a good ring,& did not even attempt to sell me anything from their store. However, I've looked at their selection, and immediately could see the difference in quality in one of their rings compared to mine. When I asked to try on their ring , Jim, one of the owners, said that he did not want to push me to buy a ring just because I was there . I informed Jim that I came to him for a second opinion based on the phenomenal reviews ! Well, I ended up getting a better quality ring for about the same price point. More importantly, I do not like pushy salespeople, and John Pierre is the opposite. They didn't try to sell me anything. I felt so comfortable with my purchase, and when I told Jim that I wanted to buy the ring , he gave me a clear explanation of the diamond quality and detail. Jim and John have been awesome. Completely no pressure jewerly shopping. I went in with several pictures of a engagement ring my, then, girlfriend wanted and they reproduced it (in her size) in a better quality and more impressisve then the original. My now fiancée loves her ring and we've been back to order the wedding ring (which will also require some customization to match the engagement ring [platinum, number of diamonds, etc..]). This place is awful, though I can't comment on their quality of jewelry because I didn't even get that far! I walked into the store on a Saturday and they were completely empty, which should have been my first clue. There were three employees within five feet of me, all of whom glanced my way when I entered but never acknowledged me.
