I didn't get an email confirmation so I forgot when the appointment was exactly...I assumed I would get a reminder a week out or at least a few days out (pretty standard protocol if you're booking over 3 weeks out for anything) Nope...I got a text the day before. I email the contact on the text and get notified that I will be charged 50% of the services I'm 100% not getting because I didn't cancel before 48hrs when they do not reminders...honestly who's fault is this (theirs) I understand this policy if you're a regular client and no show frequently. But seriously not even a call to let me know...just careless and rude. There's plenty of other places to get skin treatments.
