Renee understood the assignment and added dimension to my hair! She gave me a beautiful haircut with layers and a color that blends in with my natural hair. I booked a 60 minute and wish I did a 90 minute instead! The spa itself was clean, very calm and relaxing. It is located in downtown Snohomish with easy parking. Outside of the spa is a covered patio, where I took a moment to breathe in the fresh air after my massage was over. They also had a mini fridge with beverages like coconut water or sparkling water. Giving me less than 24 hours heads up on my appointment. I can't make the appointment as I have a conflicting appointment (I'm pregnant...so many appointments). I email the contact on the text and get notified that I will be charged 50% of the services I'm 100% not getting because I didn't cancel before 48hrs when they do not reminders...honestly who's fault is this (theirs) I understand this policy if you're a regular client and no show frequently. But seriously not even a call to let me know...just careless and rude. There's plenty of other places to get skin treatments. Dealing with shitty customer service vs driving to Seattle...I'll take the 30 min drive. Don't waste your time and money

She has helped clear my skin tremendously, and I absolutely will not go anywhere else. There was a time where I desperately tried to find a facialist last second when HeeSun was on vacation and it was a waste of money. I left looking the same as when I walked in. HeeSun looks at your skin and identifies your skin needs, she doesn't just put random stuff on your face. She takes her time, and doesn't rush like other spas that do everything without care. She extracts, steams, moisturizes, masks, and even has high tech equipment like High frequency probe to use on your face. She won't do something that won't benefit your skin. I came to her recently after I had really bad congestion and failed to extract properly, I gave myself red, inflammed, and patchy skin. She spent a good amount of time extracting the remaining spots I had failed to extract successfully and soothed, & iced my face after all the steaming and prepping. The next morning I was pretty shocked to see that even the initial breakouts I had, had disappeared and dried up.
