(Which shouldn't have taken that long as I talked with another stylist at a different salon) I ended up with bad streak lines and went in to get that fixed and I did, and then a week later my hair by my roots turned pink. I'm assuming it was a bad toner batch or something. I don't know as they wouldn't even help me. They would not fix it and told me it was best to pursue another salon and gave me a refund from that last appointment. They also blamed that it was from when I got my hair tinseled and it dyed some of my hair pink but that is not true as I did not have tinsel all the way up my root line and we already got the pink tinsel out months before. This happened at the Snohomish location with Alyssa C. who gave me the bad streak lines, Malia who turned my hair pink on top, and Michaela the manager who wouldn't help resolve anything. I still have pink in my hair, low self esteem, and breakage from this. I don't recommend going here and would put your business elsewhere.

I booked a 60 minute and wish I did a 90 minute instead! The spa itself was clean, very calm and relaxing. It is located in downtown Snohomish with easy parking. Outside of the spa is a covered patio, where I took a moment to breathe in the fresh air after my massage was over. They also had a mini fridge with beverages like coconut water or sparkling water. Can't wait to return!
