The guards are unprofessional, they ride around in the patrol car all day on their phones parked in a parking space or just in front of the businesses. If you call them they are unresponsive and usually unhelpful when they arrive. They park across handicap accessible areas like wheelchair ramps on sidewalks and practice regular negligence could really put people at risk considering their job is to keep people safe. A lot of transients frequent the area and are regularly unstable and violent. If you're looking to contract to keep your shopping area safe. Look elsewhere.
