No one ever answers the phone, and no one ever calls back. Have left multiple messages and NEVER received a call back. Seems like a terrible way to run a business. After multiple attempts to contact Kwik Key with no reply, I ended up calling Desert Lock Co, over on Yucca. A human answered the phone and they were able to handle my issue with no problems. I should have just called them first and skipped Kwik Key altogether.
