Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. I would certainly recommend considering them when you want to get bids on a landscape job.

He will stop mowing your lawn and act out. His website states he offers military and veteran discounts. We are disabled veterans and he jacked up prices on us. He wanted to charge us double for his yard mowing fee since our grass was a little higher. He actually demanded a holiday bonus. He charges $75 to $100 to trim each small hedge. He will nickle and dime you. Compare his charges to other lawn services. We finally terminated and fired this PITA. Buyer beware. Compare prices and fees with other lawn and landscaping companies. Also, Charlie has an issue with the elderly and senior citizens. He calls them names. Watch and hide your wallet around this chump.

Here is your quote and our agreement "We can replace tomorrow. $255 with service charge and 6 month warranty.". My mom was charged (and paid) $305. You mailed a check for $50. Therefore she paid $255, which is not lower price you quoted. Also, you didn't replace the valve - only repaired it which is way less work and not at all what was quoted and agreed to. I don't consider any of this help as you stated. It's more like taking advantage of the circumstances and not doing what was agreed to or adhering to the quoted price. Future customers beware!
