Well, well, well So, I came home from work started a load of laundry and almost simultaneously heard a roar similar to a gushing water fall coming my second bathroom. My fears came true as I walked into the hardwood hallway already flooding with water! The water was gushing from the toilet tank line, apparently the plastic cap that screws on separated. I quickly shutoff the valve and went to work laying down blankets and towels to soak up the water. Long story short, I called several businesses Friday evening with Mother's Day wkd coming up. The few I talked with and sent pictures gave me the general " won't be able to help till Monday" or " You need extra materials to complete the job" or they just didn't answer the call or the job was too small for their company. Rey from Raging Bull Contractors called me back early Friday evening, offered to come check the damage within the hour. Of course I said yes and he assessed the damage and left to go search for hardwood flooring. By Saturday morning Rey found replacement hardwood flooring and after I saw pictures and agreed he paid for the flooring. Sunday morning Rey's crew came by and extracted the damaged flooring to allow the area the dry, assess any water damage and be ready for installation Monday morning. I have to say when the damaged wood flooring was removed and we could see no obvious water damage, I was so relieved. Raging Bull Contractors worked diligently to ease my mind. Also, since my flooring was from the '90's and isn't made anymore, I was impressed Rey matched with a great replacement with seamless transition to the existing flooring.
