The owner/ manager seemed willing to assist and then dropped all communication. NO refund or exchange. We have reached out many times with no response. Went in to this store. I have purchased in the past and I won't be going back. The person working there super rude, A brunette, was so super rude. I went to grab a T-shirt to take a look at it and she came charging at me with a very loud high-pitched voice saying that she just folded those and if I needed a size she would grab it. OK what would be the difference of her grabbing it versus me. I walk straight out she close the door behind me. I've never had somebody be so rude to me, while shopping. I had a wonderful experience today shopping for a good pair of jeans. I originally found this gem on Yelp so I felt it was only appropriate to leave a review myself regarding my experience. Amazing customer service. I wasn't able to quite make it by six, the owner stayed and waited 30 mins for me while I chose a dress for my graduation. When I got there, she had three dresses ready for me and I loved 2 out of the 3 and got one of them. The experience was so easy and simple, appreciated the above and beyond service provided. This store has amazing customer service! On my last visit in, I had to return a Cosabella bra to them. I had not it for very long when the seam that encases the under-wire split. This caused the bra to become virtually useless as the wire was poking my skin. I loved it and tried to repair it to no avail. When I went to return it, the store was sold out of my color and size. One of the gals helped me find a replacement (that I ended up liking better) and I was on my way. I love the Cosablla line and was so glad that they were able to accommodate me. I purchase the most beautiful lingerie and fell in love two dresses. I only purchased one of the dresses, but called the store a few days later to buy the other dress. Horrible customer service. Purchased a full price chemise for a gift, got it home in the natural light and there was a huge lipstick smear down the front. Called the store to return it, talked to the owner per phone conversation who was extremely rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. She refused to return it and had attitude with me.
