Yesterday Night, 02/12/24 I was helped by two very helpful women. I was unfortunately caught by surprise when I realized that the two of them were going to be there until closing, at 12 am! I am her to express some concerns with the lack of professionalism of one of your management representatives. I have been to this store on several occasions and more than one of those occasions the representative Richard is there. This person makes the visits that I've had extremely unpleasant. I like to shop and visit to see the new merchandise and the sales items so that I may purchase what I may like. . . However, I don't like feeling rushed and pressured while I am trying to take in the items on display. This is what this Richard person does to me every time he's present and I visit the store. They constantly stare and make me feel very uneasy. Richard has made me feel pressured to buy certain products and their need to constantly stare, makes the situation really creepy and on top of that it is completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. . . I am not sure if it is due to the lack of decent available people who want to work or if your company simply has poor or low expectations of their employees. .What is even worse is that I believe Richard in a management position. I've had several other acquaintances who have also expressed the same feeling of pressure, rushing and weird staring issues with the representative Richard. This leads me to believe their not a good example for the employees they manage. That is not the kind of person who is manager material. If someone in upper management believes that this person is doing a good job, then maybe their job function should be reevaluated as well as Richards by their superior(s). I've worked in customer service for over 15+ years and I am letting you know now, you need better mannered and better trained management so that your store may thrive and be much more successful and welcoming, thus getting more customers to want to shop there. read more

We had a very bad experience with one of the workers she kept being rude to us. We were looking around at different items and one caught our eye, when my husband went to grab it she started with a Bitchy attitude. I did catch her name but she did have piercing on her lips and cheeks also wore glasses. She kept saying "Don't open the box" when we weren't opening anything but just had it in our hands looking at the back. Anyways we ended up leaving, didn't purchase anything. I always wondered how does one review a place like this. Anywho, I remember a few years ago Fresno residents were outraged by a local Hustler Hollywood would be right outside their doors. I could never understand the outrage of it but I digress. I have been eyeing this place ever since it opened...had one failed attempt last year with my sister as we kept missing the entrance LOLS so it was not meant to be at the time. Since I was child free, work free, errand free I decided to stop by since I was in the area. It was cool exploring this place as I mainly wanted to get my size on certain things. They have everything you need here...as well as amazon. I walked out with $100 worth of goodies...which I could have bought on Amazon but once in awhile a gal wants to splurge! They have fitting rooms in here and my helper was so wonderful! I didn't get presssured to buy items at all. I am so wanting to come back in the future. If you want to explore something different I recommend a stop here...keep the kids at home as you don't want them to be exposed to such a store...just my recommendation :) Make sure you have enough time to explore as I spent over an hour here without realizing it! read more

Customer service is completely horrible.... The staff just sits there and watches you like a hawk like you are instantly doing something wrong the moment you walk in. I had my arms crossed because it was cold and the second the male employee saw I crossed my arms he instantly went to the front door and stood guard just watching me until I walked out into my car, then walked back to the cash register. I wanted to shop around but felt judged and like we weren't welcome by the staff so we just left. I had passed by Hustler Hollywood many times before, but never stopped. On this particular evening I was in the area and the opportunity was there to give it a go. I walked in just to browse and immediately saw things that caught my eye. The front of the store is pretty much clothing, oils, lotions and I believe I saw some tobacco too. The back of the store, which is strictly 18+, has all the fun stuff. If you've seen Fifty Shades of Grey then you know what I'm talking about. I was browsing around this area and was helped my a girl named Ashley. She was very nice and knew her stuff. I like the fact that she was an adult about things and didn't beat around the bush when talking about the products they sell. She was quick to recommend products I would be interested in and went through instructions with me. She answered all my questions without hesitation or embarrassment. Normally I shop online but decided to try their curbside pickup. They were extremely helpful during the shopping process. Loved that they sent pics and checked inventory so quickly. My only issue was recieving my order and one of my items, of course the most expensive one, had been opened before receiving. Expectations were low given the other sex shops I've seen, but this place was clean, had a broad inventory, the staff was actually helpful but not overly so, the lighting wasn't creepily dim (if anything it was a bit too bright) and nothing was sticky! The front area is all ages, and is mostly lingerie and joke gifts like penis shaped candy or socks with dicks on them, but another section in the back, which was for the 18 and older only, had some high end sex toys, bondage gear, a small collection of DVD's, and even another worker demonstrating how things worked. Not by using them, just opening packages and turning things on for anyone who had questions. Only real downside was prices. 30 ft. of nylon rope for $30 is too damn high!
