I love collecting crystals and found so many that I love in her store. I literally went in to pick up a couple of items and left with a bag full of treasures that I made me very happy! They carry everything you could think of from cards to crystals, to beautiful jewelry, candles, clothes, and just about anything you could imagine. So uplifting! I could easily spend a couple of happy hours there! Love the location too! Next door to a great coffee shop, a bakery, and tons of wonderful restaurants. My friend and I literally made an afternoon of our visit there, with a great dinner around the corner (thanks to Rhianna's great recommendations)! I can't wait to go back!

Owner likes to complain to Yelp when Yelp reviewers post true things about their experience with…read moreher and/ or her business in general that aren't positive, and then she gets Yelp to delete the reviews she thinks are most going to deter people from coming to her store. Owner replied to my first review I posted this week by denying our experience at her store, gaslit me and told me she was going to ask Yelp to delete my review because it was damaging to her business. Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. Take some accountability and deliver a better customer experience to ALL people who come in and haven't done anything wrong, especially repeat customers.

The owner is so incredibly nasty. I tried to go inside with my service dog yesterday and she was so…read morerude. I explained to her that my dog is well trained and travels with me everywhere. That I can even go on airplanes and into restaurants. She said in a nasty tone "well, I don't know anything about that." I called ahead to make sure the shop was open, and that I wouldn't be interrupting an appointment and was told by the owner Sienna to come down and she'd help me with the gift. The shop is beautiful from bottom to top. Lots of plants and you immediately feel welcome. Metaphysical practices, reiki, stones, readings, these are all interesting things to me but by no means something I have a knowledge of. Sienna was incredible accommodating and helpful putting together a perfect group of stones and crystals for my wife's friend and even throwing in some free incense and other items. All of this is great, but it was what happened at checking out that really made me want to write a review and hope it helps her business, especially since I don't really use yelp much anymore, I'd rather only write positive reviews for great experiences than anything else. At checkout I noticed a plant I used to have. Sort of a creeping vine leafed plant. My toddler poured a ton of juice in it and unfortunately it died. Without even saying anything else after identifying it for me which I have already unfortunately forgot, but I'll make a point to look it up through a photo later, she cut a clipping and gifted it to me in a small glass with water completely free of charge. This was a small gesture, but it meant a lot. The plant that I previously had that died was my mothers, who was killed 6 years ago now. So even though she was unaware of that, the gesture was very meaningful to me. If I ever need anything from this shop, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here, or refer a friend in need. I saw a few interesting things at the store, there's artisan soaps but they are scented with artificial fragrances not essential oils, you can tell by the smell, that was a turn off for me.
