I post this with heavy heart because I have had some really good services there. That said when my finances get affected through no fault of mine, stars drop. I did some treatments there because I was told they were covered by insurance. I would ck and verify this w them more than once. Pay the deductible and afterwards everything is covered with just a copay. I did 4 treatments. In good faith I paid out of pocket due to the deductible. None of my appointments were even submitted to insurance until I noticed another service provider used my deductible. I then asked them to submit expecting to receive a big refund back at this point. They submitted, and nothing was covered. I would never ever have spent this much money if it wasn't covered by insurance. Had they submitted these claims on time I would have at least known from the beginning it wasn't covered and would have not gotten the other 3 appointments. While the amount of money lost is very disappointing and happened during a time money was tight it was also disappointing that I was the only one that cared to fix this. After two years of dealing with insurance and trying to get my money back I've given up. Not once did the business help in any way to get to the bottom of this. Unfortunately it left a bad taste in my mouth and felt scammy. If you decide to go to them NEVER pay upfront something that will be covered by insurance. read more

I cannot recommend Raisa enough. All of a sudden I developed severe melasma on my cheeks. I was devastated and so self-conscious about it. it was the only reason I was glad we all had to wear masks. However very nice and welcoming facility, the services provided were not to my satisfaction, number one reason being that a laser procedure Raisa recommended for me, while claiming it was "covered by insurance" (I have ppo) only to find out that a mere fraction of it is covered and upon checking out I was charged another $200 for this treatment. Boy I felt duped! I was and am still very upset that They had me believe that the treatment was covered by insurance. I wouldn't have done it without that promise. Secondly, the fillers were not injected correctly and I now look like a chipmunk. I went back concerned that I look like one, and was told it's swollen and to wait. Still no change and still a chipmunk. I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

I finally decided to pull the trigger and get lip injections. To say I am a wuss with needles is an understatement, but Alexa did an amazing job at making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Very disappointing, I will not return as there are too many other businesses that offer better services and treat customers better. Raisa would not allow me to use a Groupon, although the one time I was there over 3 years ago I did not use a Groupon. They no longer had a file on me that is how long ago I was there. The Groupon was $159 for 20 Units. I paid just about double, the price she charged per unit of Botox is $14. This happened to a friend with a different business and the business honored her Groupon for that one time due to the misunderstanding; they made their policy clear moving forward. read more

Let me tell you how effective this office is. (bare with me) I got 2 groupon deals for two different procedures from two different establishments that i have been wanting to do for almost 5 years. The first establishment that I called was a let down because they used my groupon deal to lure me in and tried sell a product that cost 6k on top of that i had to come back 2 times for a consult and procedure! I Finally decided to make an appointment with LA Skincare, but because of my previous experience with the first establishment, I was a bit apprehensive thinking that the groupon deal I got is also for marketing tactics. I got an appointment 5 days later. i went in for my appointment, filled out forms and met with Raisa. She verified my groupon deal and went on with the procedure.
