I joined helpful mold groups on Facebook to understand exactly where to start. Certified mold inspection and air test is the initial 1st step. So I researched, called around, went back and forth on what was the right decision without wasting money, as mold issues can be very expensive. So a remediation company recommended "Zeke". I called him along with others I had researched, he made me feel the most comfortable. He explained the process of what he would do, he said he would crawl under my house to inspect crawl space. He then said "I am the only inspector you find that will crawl under your house, I have that benefit because of my size" So with everything he told me, I was content to go with him. I had scheduled an appointment but then when it got a week out I knew I wouldn't have the money by then so I had to postpone. He said "I understand, thank you for giving me plenty of heads up. " So fast forward, I reach out to him to tell him I'm ready, we set up an appointment, my husband takes off of work to be here, he then tells me it will be $100 more but he can honor the price he told me before. So I had a few questions to fully understand what the testing would intell, I got back very confusing answers that weren't straight forward at all. I was just making sure the test did show the amount/ named colony of toxic mold spores. Thats my main concern. So today, 1 hour before the appt he text me and says "Josh will be your inspector today, he will be in a black car". So I was caught off guard because I didn't even know he had someone else he worked with. I knew nothing about this guy, after reading the reviews on "zeke", researching and talking to him throughout this process. So I was like ok so who is Josh ? I expressed that I felt that could have been communicated, that I was adamant about fully understanding what I was getting into and I thought it was him I would be working with. So knowing alot of mold "inspectors" are not certified and are not legit, I asked if Josh was certified ( not to offend anyone but I was unaware of who he even was ) and does he go under the house like we had discussed ? All legit concerns right ?! So he basically replied back "He is, we're doing our best to accommodate all of our customers across the state in a timely manner" Which had nothing to do with my concerns. He then replied "I can call him right now and cancel if you'd like." So I said "Thats how you do business ?" He then replied that "maybe Another company would be better fit for you" My mind is blown ! I feel like he is intimidated by my questions and concerns but this is all knew to me. In the mold group I follow they talk alot about hiring a bogus inspector so with that in mind, I just had alot of questions, I just wanted to make sure I didn't hire someone and not get what I was expecting, so I just wanted to make sure I understood the process. We called and send emails to this company thru out he year and they kept telling us that the part was still on back order and they said they would take care of the damaged panels. well last week I called to see what was the delay on the part and the panels and they proceed to tell me that the part would be an extra cost and they will not change out the panel because we did not tell anyone for a year. which we clearly did notify them the day of delivery that the panels were damaged and took pictures of the generator hanging off of their delivery truck. After several emails and a phone call to the manufacture, we got the communicating device within 1 day of ordering it. Sirius does not keep there word or honor their prices. They say they care about their customer but clearly they don't care at all. I will never use or recommend this company, you will get the shaft in the end! Keith

They charged me $80 for that opinion. I took it to Sirius. They told me it was a bent pin in the monitor cable. Took 30 seconds to fix, so they charged me nothing. Millennium is a pure rip-off. Sirius are good people.
