What I especially liked was that they show you before and after photos and videos and it's amazing the difference. You can definitely tell it's your house and vents from the photos. Both are clean as a whistle now. For those of you, like me, that have dryer vents that go up through the center of your house to the roof, this procedure needs to be done regularly or it could cause a fire. Also, it could cause your dryer's heating element to keep breaking because the air cannot flow freely. And it didn't work. Another technician arrived on Monday and determined that the contact needed to be replaced and did so. He also helped me find and treat the ants. No problems until I received the second bill $298. 00 That's $441.00 for a $200.00 part. My major gripe is that We were charged an additional $98.00 for the second service within two days. That's just not good customer relations. Will never use this company again and will not recommend. To add insult to injury the part actually costs less than $30.00. I don't mind a business making a profit but that's a bit much.
