We just had our 33 year old water heater start to leak (yes, 33 years old!) in our attic. It came…read moreoriginal with the house. It was a 40 gallon gas water heater, that was in a very tight space. James determined he was not going to be able to get another 40 gallon water heater into our attic, and a 30 gallon special short tank that would fit, would take 6 weeks to get delivered. So with his suggestion, we decided to go with a tankless water heater which could be installed later in the week. I definitely did not want to "play chicken" with a leaking water heater in the attic for 6 weeks! James was very responsive and communicative through the whole process. We discussed options and costs through text messages. He also came out to assess our situation the same day we called him!! He's quick, professional, and cool as a cucumber. I included a photo to show off how well the installation was done, it looks great. The water pressure and heating ability of our new tankless is indistinguishable from the water 40 gallon heater tank we had, and it should save some money long term as well! We'll be relying on James Plumbing INC for any future plumbing (water or gas) needs.

The secretary said $125 for the check/service call. ok. sounds great! - There was nothing wrong other than the outdoor grille moved about a half foot and Brayden straightened it out then picked a hose up and was watering the vents. He did NOT tell me anything other than 5 minutes later he says it's $210. He said it was for the cleaning. cleaning? yeah, $85 for picking up my hose, not telling me that there would be an extra charge. I paid it like a dam fool. The next day I called and asked to speak to the owner TAYLOR who did not have the courtesy to call me and ask me what happened. He did email me and SARCASTICALLY replied "thanks for the stellar review.". He never had the courtesy to call and ask what happened, if he could resolve the problem in any way. Nothing! - I was so please w Airsmith before as I used Michael and he ALWAYS told me what I needed, the costs and my okay. I'll never use them again. I don't like scammers! the owner is so unprofessional to write the email and word it the way he did. that's okay. I've got the email and I'm keeping as a reminder of what a dam fool i am.
