Thanks for making our neighborhood look like a garbage dump for months. Why hang a banner? It's embarrassing how you guys operate a work site. Garbage piles on the lawn spilling into the sidewalk. The dumpster gets picked up maybe once a month the rest of the time it's overflowing with junk all over the street. Screws, boards, nails, metal flashing all the kinds of things you'll find on the sidewalk around this house. Every day we have to come to our neighborhood and see this junk pile. Get a fence if you're going to leave everything piled like that. Get your dumpster picked up more regularly. It's really basic stuff that every other construction company in the city does. You're calling yourself the "top" builders, top of what? A garbage heap? Sad. And for the record these pictures are from a better day it's been worse than this consistently for MONTHS. Y'all took a tree down and left it hanging over on the sidewalk for weeks. Just pathetic. Hurry up and finish this thing and take your garbage with you. read more

We found out about LA TOP BUILDERS while we were walking in the street and saw the big sign on one of the houses. We decided to call for a consultation to remodel my friends full bath and half bath. Mike, the project manager of the company answered the phone and we met the day after. The meeting went well. Pricing was comparable to other companies who also quoted us. Mike at the begging took the time with the designer and gave us details about the finish material we would need to provide. Everything was covered well and the plumber and the electrician got the job quickly. We passed inspection and the finishing phase started. The job was well done. Mike is the greatest!!! Not just personally, ethically, and meticulous, but he is an ARTIST of the finest caliber when he is creating and transforming spaces. He is worth every penny for all that he has done. He works with whatever your wishes are and he was completely flexible with all our ideas (and we had a lot!). He took a 60's bathroom and laundry room and created the most elegant half bath for guests with a lighted niche, floating basin, bidet toilet, and added a remarkable closet with both open and concealed cubbies where an old outdated bathtub once was. He porcelain tiled the floor in a luscious marble-like pattern and painted the room so now it is so peaceful and beautiful for visitors. Then he went to work on an oversize laundry room and reconfigured it into a gorgeous main bath off the main bedroom, including creating a huge double shower, with niche and bench. I can't tell you how awesome this transformation was! Next we want him to do the kitchen! This should be a great adventure. While he is working, you wouldn't believe how neatly he leaves everything before he goes home. No dust or sign of construction except for the stuff we have moved temporarily that will go back into the completed space. We loved the entire experience with Mike! I recommend him wholeheartedly as long as he keeps enough time to keep coming back! He's your ideal home partner for keeping your house a place you love!!! read more
