I understand we all have the responsibility of a job, but we are teenagers, and things come up, we do not deserve to be treated this way. She would tend to ignore workers because of something they did that she did not like. That is not something a manager should do; this type of thing should be fixed. The owner is a very nice person l overall never had any issues. But things need to be changed; this is not okay. And can tend to be a very toxic workplace.
